The LCD itself is good, for rent in the Koktem area is an excellent option in terms of price-quality ratio. We rented an 85 sq.m. 2-room apartment. A huge living room, the house is very warm, it is hot in winter, cool in summer, almost no air conditioning had to be used. The only remark about the house is 8 lit B, with Windows on Balzac Street (like ours), which overlook the car wash. The whole day from 7 a.m. to 12 a.m. there is noise from a high-pressure device and a buzzing vacuum cleaner. Keep this in mind if you consider apartments in this block.
