There are building materials right in the yard, it is unclear why, children are playing and can injure each other. Irresponsible developer and maintenance company. There are still no elevators in the mines! The entrances are dark. In the basement, designed for parking and storage rooms, it is completely unfurnished, water flows everywhere, it is damp, cold and dark.
