Great location - on the riverbank, at a good distance from the roads. Cozy apartments with a fairly large area. Good fresh renovation in the entrances. The house is in no way inferior to any new residential complex.

The yard is beautiful. The location of the bomb. Parking in winter is very cold, a steady minus, the apartment is cold. There was an idea to buy an apartment in this residential complex (while I'm renting), but there are doubts - I had to buy heaters.

Nice house, we were visiting. But in the evening around 20.00 it is sooo dark outside the house and inside, where the Playground is. More lanterns..Svetaaaa! Especially on the children's playground during the warm period:)

number 8. The house is very warm, expanded clay + monolith. The advantages are that the embankment is nearby, central Park and many interesting locations. The only drawback is that our parking has not been repaired for many years and is in a deplorable condition.

A lot of cars, eternal ice because of this. It's like walking through a minefield to the garden. Garbage is often not taken out. And too close to the footpath, you need to hold your breath before passing. The yard is closed. The houses are warm.
