In winter, the water is turned off, during the rain, water flows into the balcony from the window frame, poor sound insulation, everything is fine. Burglars and guest performers walk around the entrance at night - they check who is at home, try to open the door and steal. Do not forget to close the doors and be on the alert, otherwise you will have to fight at 3 o'clock in the morning
