This is the best apartment complex I've ever seen. A high-class level of finishing with expensive materials, including marble. A beautiful hall with a communication area with guests (you can sit with guests in the lobby on a comfortable leather sofa if you do not want to receive guests in your apartment).

If you want to put your health and property in danger, I recommend you to settle here! Yesterday, during the high-rise works on the 12th (!!!) on the ground floor, fragments of ceramic tiles flew at my car in the parking lot, and the windshield was smashed (it's a pity you can't attach a photo here), which the security staff informed me about. If you think that employees of the premium Status management company immediately came running to me with apologies and compensation, you are deeply mistaken. I never got a call from there, apparently this is not something out of the ordinary for them))))). Moreover, when I called there today, they said, "I should have called the police." In short, "luxury" is only an entourage here, and if you dig deeper - the usual Soviet bullying at the management level. If you count on the declared high quality of life in the complex, you will be cruelly deceived. I highly recommend not to settle here!
