Excellent residential complex. Medium-low-rise residential buildings. There are themed recreation areas for children and adults. The location near the river is especially pleasing.

Считаю на сегодняшний день что это лучшее место для комфортной жизни в Минске… и красивый квартал и природа рядом и в центре города все в доступности. Очень классная идея застройщика Айрон и качество сдаваемых квартир на высоте … не сравнить с многим «хламом» который называют новостройками.

очень классное, красивое место! тут есть все что нужно для счастья: отличная площадка, кофейни, магазинчик, вайлдберриз и тд. даже тем кто там не живёт можно там спокойно находится в уютной атмосфере на красивых лавочках. люблю гулять тут вечерами, рядом еще и озеро(или речка, не помню что это) где можно покормить уточек. обожаю это место.
