A new complex, but at a large interchange of the always busy Al-Farabi highway. One of the advantages is that there is a street within walking distance with a lot of good cafes and restaurants, small shops. There is also a large Mega Alma Ata shopping center within walking distance. On the downside, even in squashed buildings there is constant noise. Those buildings that are closer to the road have a beautiful view of the mountains, but sleep with the windows open and even with the closed ones, get ready for a little noise from the road. Also, if you do not have an underground parking space, you will have to park remotely from the complex or in a paid parking lot.

I'll correct the description - block 10, not 11. We rented a 2-room apartment on the 19th floor from Aisulu. A great option for vacationers. The apartment is perfectly renovated, sterile, with all amenities, warm, even hot (lived in Nauryz 2025), lots of beds with appropriate linens, a washing machine, a huge shower with all detergents, Internet, TV (though not turned on), and the view from the window is incomparable! You can see the mountains and the city in the palm of your hand from top to bottom, especially at night you can't take your eyes off! I would like to express my deep gratitude to the hostess Aisulu for the wonderful conditions provided! We had a great time in Almaty!

A beautiful residential complex, everything is under guard, all entrances are closed with gates with intercoms that identify "their own" by the image of the face. There are shops and pharmacies on site, good playgrounds and a large underground parking.
