I'll correct the description - block 10, not 11. We rented a 2-room apartment on the 19th floor from Aisulu. A great option for vacationers. The apartment is perfectly renovated, sterile, with all amenities, warm, even hot (lived in Nauryz 2025), lots of beds with appropriate linens, a washing machine, a huge shower with all detergents, Internet, TV (though not turned on), and the view from the window is incomparable! You can see the mountains and the city in the palm of your hand from top to bottom, especially at night you can't take your eyes off! I would like to express my deep gratitude to the hostess Aisulu for the wonderful conditions provided! We had a great time in Almaty!

We lived here for several days. The complex as a whole is very good. Modern, not very noisy, lots of good cafes. The main disadvantage is to get into the entrance at night without a key, having the apartment lock code. There was no security in our house, the door opens with a key or a face. Quest.

The best residential complex in Almaty. The territory, excellent check-in, entrance and other infrastructure. The security is one of the best in this residential complex. There are many different shops, you don't have to go far. Everything is at hand. Awesome
