A good LCD is clean and cozy, a cool playground for children, but the roads to the LCD leave much to be desired. The residential complex itself has a clean parking lot and many shops. The only audibility of the neighbors in the apartments is normal, especially in the kitchen

A good LCD. But the audibility is strong , but not deadly😉 the courtyard is just super. Everything is safe, colorful and cozy for kids. But it's cold in the house. It's cool at home now in September, compared to Nova City (mom lives in Nova City) there we go in light clothes, we may even not wear socks, but in Kamal we have to dress warmer🤷🏼♀️

The yard is great, but not sufficiently cleared of snow.
One-way traffic around the house is annoying and stupefying.
At the same time, the entrance is VERY clean despite the weather conditions. The elevator is good and spacious.
The sound insulation is surprisingly very poor. The same as the cracks in the windows (cheap installation by the developer).
The information model is sufficient, posters, etc. are available in two languages.
There is also an infrastructure for everyday purchases.
Overall, the impression is good.
