She lived in this house... in winter, it blows from the windows.. like on the Elbe.
Repairs in the entrance are broken tiles and a painted elevator that stops more often than it goes. Residents change at the speed of light. The price for the services of the management company increases exponentially.
Personally, I'm glad I moved out. But the house is elite🤭
