I lived for a year, it was dry at home because there was fresh air outside.
I paid for heating 60 sq m in winter from 20-30 thousand tenge. It turns out to be expensive
The whole Femeli residential complex is good in itself.A cozy quiet comfortable check-in is a pleasure. The staples are wide. Not fussy.

I live here. Clean air, silence, peace, a green belt around, currant plantations. Well-maintained territory, covered Parking, as well as many additional Parking spaces. I like everything except the cost of heating and water heating services. It's expensive to live here.
