I really like the location of the residential complex, within walking distance there are cafes, pharmacies, supermarkets and everything you need for a comfortable life. The territory of the residential complex is quite large and the game areas are diverse.

Cool LCD Spacious courtyard Beautiful landscaping and playground No one else will enter the territory. You can eat and shop on the premises. I like everything.

The LCD was perfectly designed. I especially liked the courtyard. Everywhere there are smart intercoms, a smart door lock from the developer, convenient entrances. Friends bought an apartment in this residential complex and are now very satisfied with the quality of construction. Why I put 4 is because of the location. The traffic jams are terrible in chaspik, and the LCD itself is excellent. Spacious courtyard, high-quality Playground, infrastructure, near the Grand Park.
