Quite a pleasant LCD. One of the very significant advantages is a good location and a stunning view from the windows. The sound insulation suffers a bit, but the playground is very cool

One of the best LCCs I've ever seen. The name justifies itself. You can have a good time outside there, and the nearest entertainment venues are not far away. Which indicates its excellent location and quality

Excellent LCD. The location is optimal. The yard is spacious, there are many playgrounds for children of different ages. Football and basketball courts.
The only and huge disadvantage is noise insulation. It's just unreal to hear the neighbors from all sides!!! This greatly infringes on the personal space of all residents of this complex, in many ways.
