Good LCD, the apartments are spacious, the elevator is fast. On the 1st floor there is a great store where you can find everything you need. A pleasant isolated courtyard. Due to the distance from the main roads, it is quite quiet

The best Lcd in the city. Tikhon is a cozy place with a large front and back yard. Not every residential complex has such a thing. There is its own embankment where you can take a walk and relax from the hustle and bustle of the city
