The house was built in 1991. No major repairs have been carried out over the years, although regular payments are being made. The roof is flat and filled with bitumen. It started leaking in 2013. In the spring of 2025, after the appeal, they finally decided not only to repair the roof, but also to plaster and then paint the entire house made of silicate bricks (why?). Workers on the roof opened the coating, it began to rain (March) and the square, the entrance began to flood even more. There was water on the roof like in a bathtub - it was drained through our balcony, even bigger leaks formed in the room and on the newly plastered balcony (plasterers walked through the bedroom for five days - this is outrageous!), in addition, they broke the handle of the balcony door. The image of the work being done, the workers themselves, everything is disgusting. Disregard for the established way of life! To the subsequent consequences of their actions. It's like a house that's not inhabited!!

Woe is the organization!!!!! There is no adequate answer to any question. And as for garbage collection, it's better not to talk at all. During the whole summer, the garbage was picked up only once according to schedule. There are garbage bags on all the streets for two weeks.
