Good time of day.
I was at the event in this banquet hall, unfortunately the review is not pleasant. Of the cons: The service is poor, the waiters forget about cleaning the tables, they serve without respect. On the day of the event, the phase burned down, the refrigerators and freezers had not worked since the night and therefore the drinks and snacks were warm.
On the plus side: the taste and quality of the food was good. Beshparmak is great!
Not a restaurant. The banquet hall. I was at a birthday party. The hall was filmed at the bottom of the building. Great. Two separate bathrooms. Good audio equipment. The waiters are great- they serve quickly. The dishes are all excellent.
Customer service on the phone is at a low level, they do not know how to talk to customers. They didn't answer an elementary question, they started snapping
