Pity at night almost all shops are closed.
At the same time convenient to have a choice to exit to two different countries: France 🇫🇷 and Switzerland 🇨🇭

Geneva Airport is generally convenient and understandable. Several terminals, many shops (you definitely won't fly away without Swiss chocolate), airline lounges on the top floor.
From the airport you can get to both Switzerland and France (there is a separate control area). An interesting new terminal with a triangular roof.
There are queues at check-in, at the security check, and at passport control (keep track of the time, passport control is after the longs and duty-free).

Nice airport and courteous staff! When you leave, everything goes quickly and without delay . When you arrive, there is always a huge queue at the arrival control. A small room and a very long wait.
