Snezhana is a wonderful master stylist! I was completely delighted with the result. The cherry on the cake was the delicious coffee that was served during the procedure. Snezhana gave excellent recommendations on hair care, and also explained all the details in detail. The prices are very reasonable, the quality is excellent. All the masters except Peschanskaya are just great! But this master is something! I have never seen a master throwing scissors during a haircut and muttering to herself something that does not suit her. That was when I got her hair cut last year. Today, she threw a tantrum at another client in front of me - she said that he could change the master if something did not suit him, in response to his wishes for a haircut. At the same time, during the haircut, she washed the client's hair so much that he stood and wiped the water from his ears. She cuts her hair and walks around with an ever-displeased look - it's disgusting, not feminine and not professional! If a person has psychological problems, they need to be treated, not taken out on clients! Because of this master, it is not pleasant to come to you. I don't think she fits in with your friendly team!

My wife went to this hairdresser on 05/17/2025 and came home in a terrible state, all in tears.She asked to trim her hair, but they cut it off by 15 cm and instead of miling, they dyed it. And they took more money than they said at once. I'm in shock, my wife is stressed. Master Lyudmila ruined her hair, it's just terrible. Never go to this barbershop to see this specialist.

This barbershop is a waste of square meters that could have been allocated to a toilet for the disabled. The hairdresser apparently drinks more than 2 liters of alcoholic beverages before the start of the shift, since even after I showed the photo and explained how to cut my hair, it turned out to be completely different from what I wanted. It's a talent to cut people's hair that badly. I don't recommend it

This place from the beauty studio should be renamed into the studio of non-professionals in their field and boors!!!
Master Azarenka Natalia cut her hair, leaving her hair of different lengths and smoothing them on the go, forcing me to stand, it felt like the technician was given scissors and allowed to play with them, coming off on the client. I literally asked the girl to move away from me and stop cutting, since she has already cut off more than she needs, and it also needs to be fixed. A TOP master was called to correct the situation (apparently, she was top solely for rudeness!!!) To Filatov Snezhana, a person communicates with a tone of pretension and favor, a haughty grin, an absolute lack of tact and professionalism. She openly questioned the quality of my hair, rudely demonstrating her ignorance! And they're the ones with my hair in order, I can't imagine what she would say to a girl with a sparse head of hair. Unacceptable behavior with clients. They managed to take money for all this outrage, but I never heard an apology. The administrator tried to give a 10% discount on the following procedure, but there is definitely no desire to repeat the trip to this place! If the director of this studio was trying to recruit staff to cause disgust, spoiled mood, tears and shaking hands, then everything is fine — the task is completed. Shame on you!
