A wonderful place in Abkhazia, on the Black Sea coast... In this place, the bay, the coast is shallow, it is always sparsely populated and very clean. Zhemchuzhina Hotel is located 100 meters from the sea. Very good-natured, attentive hotel receptionist Isolde... We have been going to this place for more than one year, and we will continue to go... Everything is fine and suits us very well.

We had a family vacation in September 2024 at the Pearl Hotel at the fish factory. The room is clean, well maintained, new, everything works. The barbecue area on the roof is fantastic. By location, everything you need is nearby-shops, cafes. The sea is amazing, the best bay on the Black Sea!!! Thank you to the host for the hospitality. And special thanks to Isolde for the comfort.We will definitely come to you next year!

We rested with our family in early July 2024, We rested in Zhemchuzhina for several years, and I would like to mention the new owner Isolde, a very pleasant, hardworking woman, a huge thank you to her for the comfort created, with her arrival the guest house has acquired new colors🤗🤗🤗 The rooms are clean, the kitchen is in perfect order, if something is missing, then during the day everyone buys (dishes, games). There is also a new tradition, birthday people are congratulated, there is a beautiful stretching and balloons at the entrance to the room))) it's a small thing, but it's nice when we lived there, there were birthdays almost every day. Special thanks to Alkhas, the owner of the Pearl, a very nice man, friendly))) On the third floor there is a barbecue area, you can give yourself a barbecue and have dinner there, there are tables and chairs, and even a sink where you can wash everything))) Thank you for a wonderful vacation, we will look forward to next summer and back to you))))

from the second floor there is a video of the sea, very close, the area on the third floor is wonderful, it is fashionable to watch thunderstorms at night. cleanliness and comfortable hammocks are everywhere. next to the dining room and household goods. the only drawback is that water and light are very often turned off.

I rested at the Pearl hotel for the first time.The room is lovely, with all amenities, air conditioning. Special thanks to the administrator Natalia for the warm welcome, for the kind attitude towards people who are so different in their needs for rest.
The beach with the hotel is a stone's throw away, and there is also a Pearl store next to the hotel, where they sell various drinks for every taste and prices are lower than in neighboring shops.
I recommend this hotel.

Good day!!!
Since the opening, we have been relaxing with our family every year and I want to come back again and again when there are such hospitable hosts. The first one is coastal, rooms for 5+, somewhere you can improve a little, but the vacationers themselves (not mine, anyway, you can break or tear off or something else), not all of them are like that, but there are. You can improve the kitchen (my wish), but otherwise everything is on a solid 5. Special thanks to Alkhas, with what a kind and sympathetic person he is personally for our family. THANK you, my dear man, the brother of my heart (I only hear such words from him), I am very grateful that there are such people on earth, may God grant him health and long life!!!

We had a rest in August.The rooms are nice, spacious, the sea is close, shops are also within walking distance.But there is no service at all.The communal kitchen is just a horror, dirt, smelly rags and a swarm of flies.As stated, no one cleans the rooms, bed linen is not changed.2 refrigerators and one kettle, somehow not enough for 12 rooms, in season.... It feels like the receptionist is relaxing with the guests, always having fun and under the table, instead of cleaning and tidying up.The constant blackout also made an indelible impression.I do not recommend this place.

Nice rooms, everything you need is in the room. The sea is within walking distance. Friendly staff. Barbecue on the roof, terrace. There is a disadvantage to this frequent power outage, which can be attributed to a really heavy load during this period.

The guest house is relatively new. The rooms are spacious, they did not save money on the interior, the kitchen is shared - not small, dishes and stoves are often enough for everyone.
The administrator (for July 2023) is Natalia - responsible, caring, kind.
To the sea - 30-60 seconds at a calm pace (until the first line is finally built up - it (the sea) is visible from the windows. However, the path to the sea is through a "shitty" wasteland (((
On the 3rd floor of the Pearl there is an outdoor terrace with greenery and a barbecue, but it is in the process of completion (on 07.2023).
Parking for personal cars is 50 m away in a guarded wasteland for 150 rubles / day.
Shops and vegetable stalls are within walking distance, there are also many canteens, you can start with a cafe on the way to the beach, and then choose among other catering establishments.
The owner is Alkhas, engaged in renting a jet ski at sea (2000 rubles - 10 minutes).
Nodar is engaged in fishing and sea trips (by boat and banana) (fishing 3h morning/evening, 2000 per person). In principle, a good, responsible person, I recommend it.
The cost in July 2023 was 4000 for a 4-bed room, details and nuances are indicated on the website of Khochunayuga.
***Disadvantages: unfinished parts of the house structures (mostly on the 3rd floor) should be fenced off or closed for safety.
I think there should also be a number of gas stoves instead of electric ones (in case of a power outage, and this often happens in Abkhazia).
I think a pair of hangers (hooks) will not hurt much when entering the room, and the wardrobe will be more functional (+ add hangers / hangers).
The tile on the floor is cool, of course, but it's cold, you have to wear shoes.
But in general, the advantages overcame the disadvantages, we liked it, I recommend this guest house for consideration.
I wish Alkhas and Natalia not to lose the level of service.

Unfortunately, the service does not match the price per room. I do not advise anyone to move into the pearl. And in general, nature has given such an opportunity to settle by the sea, and business only takes money from tourists, and they do not want to develop infrastructure at all.

Of the advantages, only the sea is close, and that's it!
Cons: it is not clear what kind of good cuisine we are talking about. The kitchen stinks, dirt, the stoves are all dirty old, the rags near the sink are a separate story, smelly to the point of nausea. No one has ever cleaned the rooms, as stated in the description. No one changed the linen for 10 days of our stay. The administrator Natalia, a separate story, only drank beer, coffee and smoked. That's it! They also delete negative reviews!
I do not recommend this institution!
