The impressions were already so-so from the beginning, it's not about high-quality customer service. Your personal should be at home, not at work with a loud hum. But then after waiting 20 minutes, we realized that no one was going to serve us, and we had limited time. Master Julia went out, giggled with the administrator and left with the second girl with the words "ah there is a withdrawal", apparently to drink tea. My mother left upset, and I asked for a complaint book, which by the way is 2008, or they gave me an old one on purpose, which made it worse for themselves, because this is a complete violation of the law and doing business, and I will deal with this issue. After that, they started telling me that we were at another time, although we came to the salon to make an appointment, not by phone, and immediately marked the recording time of my mother, which we specially chose to make it, plus our time sounded when confirming! The mood is spoiled, I did not think that going to the salon would end not with a smile, but with stress, the service is not performed, the service is disgusting, I do not advise anyone! Honestly, I haven't seen this in a long time. It is better to find a good place with high-quality and friendly service!
