We celebrated the wedding of relatives in early 2025. The food, the interior, the service — everything was fine, exactly until the moment when the holiday ended and the waiters began to collect the remaining food — and there was a lot of food left! The waiters gave the bride 1 small bag with collected containers from 5 filled tables (half of them were sliced fruits),
when at the beginning I wanted to help the waiters with the preparations, I was politely asked not to interfere, only at the end of everything I realized that it was not for the couple to collect, but for the staff.
Several times I offered the bride to write a complaint or seek compensation, but the couple decided to forget and not spoil the holiday experience.
But they were very disappointed.
Therefore, ordering a holiday at the Zhemchug restaurant or
1) do not order more than you will eat in an evening (when ordering, the bride was told several times that they would take the leftovers with them)
2) or take the food collection under your control

I really LOVED coming to this institution with my husband and friends) I have a lot of warm memories personally associated with this place. But.. I'll start with the fact that it became very annoying that when you want to sing, songs don't come in line very often, but we go to sing and pay a lot of money for it.. Last time there was our company of 4 people, they called to book a table, they told us the deposit was 200 rubles, okay. But from 9 a.m. to 3 a.m., we sang 6 songs.. because after 1 song, the songs started in the queue... and these people don't even sit at the table and don't pay the deposit))
Today we arrived by calling in advance, it was the beginning of 1 a.m. on the clock, when they said that there were 6 of us, they told us that the deposit was 200 rubles and 15 rubles from each for karaoke and that 290 rubles only at the entrance))) and this is realizing that we can sing 3 songs per night) we arrived, but they wouldn't let us in. Security guards will determine who can enter and who can't)) We had a birthday girl with us who, a priori, does not drink alcohol, but they told her she looked "more or less" in the sense that it was not very clear, of course, and when we asked to get a breathalyzer, they said it was not there, face control was working)))) In short, if you didn't come out face-on, there's a chance you won't get through..Disappointed, really. There is no desire to go there anymore..
To sum up, I've probably known this karaoke since the year 2018, and I'm sad to realize how cool it was and how it's become. Unfortunately, the changes are not for the better. Thanks to everyone who finished reading)

We had a rest at the restaurant in October 2024. I liked everything very much. It was very tasty and fun. Special thanks to the administration of the institution (they lost their passport), the next day they asked for help, and everything was immediately returned to us. It was my first time in this institution. I really liked it. We were during the Gastrofest, and this is the best set of dishes from all places!! The venison was simply superbly cooked! The beautiful interior of the restaurant, a wonderful summer veranda, a view of the river, quiet and beautiful - everything you need to relax! And what is not important to me is the polite and responsive staff. Now I have one more favorite place in Brest! I boldly recommend you to visit.

Great place! Quiet, nature, river, swans - what else is needed to escape from the modern rhythm of life. The friendly staff greets you, all with a smile, friendly. Wonderful and varied cuisine. If you want to go indoors, if you want to get some air, put on a blanket and go out on the terrace, take a walk to the river, sit by the fire. Sing? Great! The karaoke room has gorgeous places for the company to relax, a huge selection of melodies to perform. Interior, furniture, service - everything is at the highest level! There is no better place to relax! I recommend it!

Every time guests come from abroad, we go to Zhemchug to sing and dance. And every time there is disappointment in the staff. Shamefully. They take money at the entrance, they don't put on bracelets, they don't give you a check. The young man who brings the microphones is completely tactless in demanding money to "download the minus sign" of a Russian popular song that they don't have. And he didn't hand over the microphones until he put the money in his pocket. And after 4 a.m., he informed us that the songs were now paid, given that two tables were occupied in the hall, although they always rested before closing time and this did not happen. The guards behave as if we came to their house, uninvited. While waiting for a taxi for 10 minutes, in subzero temperatures, the girls stayed near the wardrobe, near the entrance doors, so as not to freeze on the street, and the guard asked us to leave the establishment, and unfortunately, also very rude. The staff spoils this good establishment as much as possible. Every time we leave with such a sediment, it's a shame.…

The anniversary was RUINED on 11/22/2024.
- we were seated at another table (the restaurant was ordered 1.5 months BEFORE)
- an advance payment of 25 percent was made in 3 weeks
- prepayment of another 25 percent - for a week.
- we promised dancing - then Live music!!!!!
- - - we sang a non-dancing song - 10 songs before 20.00
- Our table (9 people) is a banquet, the rest is a gastrofest.
The dishes were served at the wrong time (after several reminders)
- The dishes were changed on the go, some were notified 5 minutes before serving, some - by default!!!
- we do not dance!!!! - it was stated already at the party, we "rested from 18.00 to 23.40 (the music was not dancing (from the word AT ALL). We asked, but the receptionist and the staff just mocked and cheered when we asked for music over and over again.
We didn't ask for louder or to turn off the lights, NO. Just listen to the music.
- The restaurant is open until 24.00, at 23.30 we were informed that they are closing right now.!!!
The round cake was cut not into sectors, but without comments ...
- the grapes lay in one large bunch (we were taught at school that we should divide) - so, probably, in a new way....
The only friendly person was the employee in the wardrobe

As much as the interior of the restaurant is beautiful and the cuisine is delicious, the staff is so rude and unprofessional, and in particular the restaurant administrator. Its level does not correspond to the status of the institution at all. Our company arrived 20 minutes before the opening and since it was cold outside, we asked to wait for the opening in the vestibule so as not to freeze. The receptionist roughly escorted us outside. This is the first time we have encountered such rudeness and disdain. I don't recommend this place.

Comfortably..a reservoir....disadvantages the beach and the overpass are nearby.(the beach does not interfere in any way)..the room is suitable for rest...I didn't understand about the kitchen....I'm not a fan of restaurants...there is nothing to compare (but it seems like everything is as it should be ..) ... I was hungry at the wedding, I didn't stay exactly...and some managed to get drunk like murziki... and so did I))the vodka is definitely delicious there...

To be honest, as a sound expert, it's tinny. The sound is at zero, worse than the sound of the microphone, I did not hear the background. As soon as you can sing karaoke with that sound. 0 out of 10, the management pay attention to this remark, there will be even more comments from all other Internet sources....
Fix the acoustics, replace the DJ, who will be able to adjust the sound to the performers!!!

I really liked the New Year's corporate party! The presenter is a cheerful professional, the director said that he had not laughed like that for a long time. The contests were well received. The cuisine is amazing, especially admired the meat pie with venison in my opinion. The hall is cozy and decently decorated. The carpet allows you to move comfortably and safely. Our staff is on top - the staff bring everything on time, keep the tables clean, change the dishes on time for clean ones. The waiter with a pigtail (boy) is a respectable, pleasant, cheerful, neat and pedantic guy! The only thing is that the acoustics are a little weak - the sound quality should be improved. But not critically. I want to come again!

We were at the gastrofest at the Pearl restaurant on Sunday evening. The worst service I've ever seen. We were a company of 4 people, ordered 4 sets, 3 cocktails, 400 ml lemonade, Americano and French fries with nuggets from the children's menu. The main menu was not even available due to the heavy load (a banquet and a wedding were held on the same evening), the wait was 2 hours. Salads from the sets were brought all at once and quickly, then one portion of the bun was brought, after 7 minutes - the second, the rest - after 15-20 minutes. The wait for the children's menu was announced for 30-60 minutes, as a result, it was brought in 75 minutes. I had to remind him about the coffee an hour later, as it was not brought.
Sets to taste 50/50. The salad is too sweet, but at the same time spicy. 2 canapes about nothing, scrambled eggs are the most common, as are two shrimp, the bun is delicious. The lemonade is not saturated, it tastes like carbonated water with a drop of lemon juice, a slice of orange is probably for beauty. They brought only one glass to the lemonade, without even asking us how many people would drink. I had to ask for extra glasses.
The waiter was terribly slow throughout the evening. Initially, there were no napkins and toothpicks on the table, the salt and pepper shaker were also empty. They asked to bring napkins 3 times, they brought them only after they asked the administrator. During the meal, the waitress (another) took away the used plates and utensils, as a result, when two portions of buns were brought, there were no appliances on the table to start eating, I had to ask the waiter 2 times and after the administrator.
After they asked for the bill, the waiter did not specify which payment would be made - by card or in cash. After that, the bill was brought in 15 minutes, and the waiter went back to the terminal, as he did not take it immediately.
We are completely disappointed with the service. I do not recommend this place.

The corporate party was a great success! We had a great meeting in 2024 in a wonderful place with a beautiful renovation, the atmosphere is super, there were no questions about service and food! We were at karaoke on the night of July 15-16
Honestly, it's been a long time since we've seen such a disregard for guests
The only one who did his job properly was the guard at the entrance
The waiter never came to the table and pretended for 4.5 hours that we were not there
They didn't even bring us a menu, what can we talk about
Behind the bar - more or less. He seems to be a friendly guy, normal cocktails, but he can go on a break without answering anything, looking straight into his eyes when you order a cocktail from him. This is with a decent bar load at that moment
It doesn't sound like anything special. I didn't whistle, and thanks for that. The bigger disadvantage is that the sound engineer does not know how (or does not want) to add reverb / delay, given that he was asked to do so and even left a tip
The presenter didn't say a word into the microphone at 4 a.m., and the backing vocals didn't appear on stage either
A strange attitude towards the guests, given that they did not want to miss at the entrance because of the alleged sports shorts
There is a sincere misunderstanding why such a "pretentious" selection and dress code at the entrance, if the service inside is, frankly, below average
No hard feelings, everyone has their own opinion, but note to the management

The place is good, but! There is a feeling that there are "own" guests who sing out of turn for free. Songs are free until 4:00. We were at the bar (entrance is free for the bar, for a table of 10re/ person, if there is no place, they will not let us pass) and we were offered to sing out of turn for 50re, but a couple more people are out of turn, so we need to wait. I managed to sit down at a table around 2:00. And during this time until 4:00 we sang ONE!!! a song. One, Carl! After 4:00, the song costs 10 re. At some point we asked for the bill, but they brought us more alcohol, which was not ordered, to which the waitress replied that she was told that we ordered. As a result, I had to pay for this alcohol.

I do not recommend it. The service in the institution is not from the word at all. The waiter took the cocktail bucket without asking, although there was half of the cocktail left, which was paid for (for a moment it suggests that they are breeding for money). When asked why you took the unfinished cocktail, you pretended that it was necessary. When ordering cognac, the bartender did not warn about the cost and did not offer a menu, poured one of the expensive cognacs. When we saw the amount, we were surprised. The administrator did not want to solve this issue and got the impression that this was the norm for their institution. All establishments value their guests, but obviously not this institution.
