When I come to Shymkent, I always try to come here, because the shawarma here is delicious. But as it was, so it remains: the service is full bottom. I came in the other day, and there wasn't a single person from the staff there. Just like that! No waiters, no bartenders, no cashier. 20 minutes of complete emptiness. Only the guests who were waiting for someone to approach them, and I, who was waiting for the table to be cleared after the previous guests.
As a result, the waiters still deigned to leave their room. They began to serve the guests. The table was not wiped for another 10 minutes. Only after he had persistently asked several times. There is no change at all at the checkout if you pay in cash.
In general, one star for a good shawarma, the second - for at least sitting on a chair, and not standing in the aisle, and for a roof over your head.

The shawarma of the standard size is small. Almaty is a little dry and there is nothing special about it, the chips are hard. Therefore, a minus star. I liked it with sweet mustard, juicy, delicious sauce.
When they paid, "12% service" was added from somewhere. They didn't talk about it. I think they did not act honestly when the menu does not indicate the final price, for this minus 2 stars.
