THE PLACE IS TERRIBLE! I tried donors in different places, but even in ordinary shawarma shops it was much tastier! Let's start with the staff who wants to remain the best. Since you wrote that this is a "restaurant", you need to match it! It's elementary not to know the menu, what "cappuccino" is and what is included in the tea ... I think it's just indecent! There were only 3 companies in the establishment and everyone was unhappy. We waited for 2 of our doners for 20 minutes, if not longer. We wanted to get a drink, but the waiter girl couldn't even tell us anything. As a result, she went to the bar herself and asked for a drink, which the bartender had already made- lemonade, thank God they did not spoil it and of all this it was the most pleasant. Doner is just a nightmare. I knitted with sweet mustard and got only it, no chicken, 1 unhappy tomato and mayonnaise, and I pay for it. My husband's doner spicy with beef was a little better than mine. But apart from the sharpness, nothing else was felt 😭 They asked for the bill, it's funny that the boy went to get a book (as in a restaurant) and that's why we see that we still have to pay 10% for the service, which was not from the word at all, thank you for bringing food to that table and THAT's IT.... The conclusion is, where such high ratings come from is unclear ... owners, do not follow the reviews and do not scribble them 5+, but rather train the repeats and the staff and you will be happy ☺️
