We had a rest in Alakhadzy for the fourth time. This time we rented apartments in "Jasmine" from 06/23.24 to 07/06.24. I want to express my gratitude to the hostess Rita and her family for their care, responsiveness and prompt resolution of any issues that arise. Cozy, clean, new room with excellent plumbing, furniture, dishes and linen. Excellent sound insulation, there is no feeling of crowding when the base is fully populated. The issue of nutrition is completely closed by the cafe on the territory of the recreation center with a wide range of dishes, where Rita cooks very tasty, homemade and at an affordable price. There are several shops with a wide range and the ability to pay with bank cards within a two-minute walk. The beach is a five-minute walk away, the beach is equipped with a shower, sun loungers, changing rooms, umbrellas and sunshades. There is a rental of billboards and a sale of drinks. I want to wish Rita good luck, and of the wishes - to make the territory as green as possible and keep it that way!

Rita, the hostess of this guest house, receives all five stars.
You will find a person who is more willing to make your vacation pleasant. I met her after a long trip, fed her, treated her to wine, although check-in was after 12:00, I prepared the room much earlier.
She cooks amazingly, although the apartment had all the conditions for self-cooking, Rita never had the desire to do it with such a kitchen. Despite the fact that the prices are very reasonable.
Not a single request was ignored, the care of the guests is on top.
Everything is new in the room, very comfortable beds, snow-white bed linen and towels, the change of which is also provided.
Everything is available on site: washing machine, iron, vacuum cleaner , well-equipped kitchen, dishes, Parking.
They lost the key, broke the dishes, offered to compensate - they didn't take a single ruble.
Disadvantages can always be found, but rather they do not depend on the owners. There is still a need to improve the territory to the end, the road to the beach. But all this is compensated by a spacious, clean, pleasant room, where everything works perfectly - from air conditioning to plumbing and excellent service.
The sea is nearby, if you don't like cows grazing on the road, remember that this means that you eat natural products.

Hello, I want to share my impressions with you. We had a family vacation. I found the Jasmine mini-hotel according to reviews and did not regret it! A great place for a relaxing holiday! Rita, thank you so much! The hospitality is on top. Rita cooks very tasty! Awesome boats, khachapuri, pizza, etc. and of course cocktails)

It is not noisy, except for music parties near the hotel, the friendly hostess Rita, there are excursions, there is a kitchen, there is everything that is necessary for a comfortable stay, a shop, canteens. There is no car rental, 2 minutes to the beach in a straight line along a dirty, not very comfortable path, the beach dirty garbage is not cleaned + walking cows with all the consequences. For those who are tired of the "all inclusive" welcome.

If you want a quiet place, a free beach, then this is the place for you.
The owners leave only positive emotions. Rita is an excellent hostess and an excellent cook, they almost did not cook themselves, although there is a kitchen, the prices are quite reasonable, and the products are always fresh.
The houses are clean, cool, and the smell of wood.
There are shops nearby with the necessary minimum (it is worth considering the location). It's no problem to take a tour, but we were in our own car, which added opportunities and freedom.
Have a pleasant stay for everyone, and success and prosperity for the owners.

A great place for a family vacation! The sea is a 2-minute walk away, the beach is sandy and pebbly, a minimum of people. The houses are small, but very cozy, there is everything you need. There is a shared kitchen on site, everyone gathered together in the evenings and had fun. The hosts are very hospitable people, if you have any questions, they will always tell you what and where, and if necessary, they will take you themselves. The hotel is located far from the main streets, but for us it was a plus, as there is no crowd noise and constantly racing cars. Shops and canteens are nearby. I can only say one thing - for me personally, if Abkhazia, then only you!

We had a rest in August 2024. The location is good, 3 minutes to the sea. The rooms are newly renovated, the furniture is new. I would like to say a special thank you to the hostess Rita, she was always ready to help with any question. If you want a relaxing holiday, then come here.

The cabins are clean, the Parking is spacious + the gates are closed at night, which was important for us. There is a cafe, Rita can cook if you wish. The prices are reasonable. It's a 3-minute walk to the sea, we didn't like a lot of people. The only drawback is the roads in the village, but this does not apply to Rita in any way. We already advise our friends.

We just returned from there, let's start with the disadvantages, which are not few:
1. The road is very terrible, you can ruin the whole suspension until you get from the road to the address
2. there is a city dump there and every night it is set on fire, it stinks terribly, especially plastic, it is not possible to breathe, according to local stories, gypsies set it on fire to collect metal.
3. In the morning we went on an excursion, in the evening we agreed with the hostess about breakfast (selected from the menu) at a certain time, as a result, no breakfast was prepared for us (she overslept) I didn't even apologize afterwards, we went on a tour hungry.
4. Of our campaign, 5 people were poisoned, we assume that with homemade wine that they bought from the same hostess.

Everything is wonderful! Andrey and Rita are hospitable and sincere hosts! The houses are new, the mattresses for sleeping are Mega comfortable. The air conditioner is cold, Wi-Fi flies at high speed, the cabins are comfortable, clean and good! The sea is very close - 5 minutes.
Thank you for a comfortable stay! Our family liked everything very much.

I haven't been here exactly, but I've been through it, and I can appreciate it.
To begin with, this place is just a hole.
There are two shops nearby.
There is a pharmacy and other shops along the sea at a sufficient distance.
It is very noisy because of other hotels (music blares for 16 hours a day).
It's a long way to the sea in the heat.
There is no beach of its own.

Great location, the houses are almost on the beach. The houses themselves are clean, new, good furniture and plumbing. A very hospitable hostess, the atmosphere is homely and sincere. A huge summer kitchen with everything you need.

It's a terrible place!
A fresh building is the only plus. There is no yard, no territory, and it is also located directly in the field in the literal sense. By the time you get there, you will destroy the car, although it is conditionally close to the sea, but until you reach the sea from there, you will also break your legs. Everything seems to be fresh, beautiful, new in the photo, but the location is just terrible. And yes, there are no awnings above the territory, just a fence, and inside 5 houses close to each other and opposite the kitchen. That is, you and your car are provided with sunshine for the entire light southern day.
