We rested for the first time in the sanatorium "Zharkent Arasan", the impression is very good, the nature is beautiful, mountains, river, fresh air. I came to the reception and said that I was a disabled person of the 1st group, I was placed on the 5th floor, the taps are about to fall off and the water somehow goes, the toilet is for two rooms, it's not convenient for a disabled person, I thought it was temporary, but everyone is silent, I came the next day, the girl was sitting, I explain again that I I am a disabled person of group 1 and please give me a room so that there is a tuppet in the room and a normal shower, we were moved, we were glad, a day later a woman is settled on a sofa on which it is impossible to lie, let alone sleep. Before that, I called and clarified about the rooms with a toilet, they told me everything was there.the staff is good, besides the way we were greeted, the treatment is good, the food is excellent.
It's hard to work with people, but if you take on this job, do it properly.

A wonderful sanatorium, I rested there 2 times ,fresh air ,beautiful nature , a mountain river , various procedures.
Of the disadvantages , only Beeline communication , physical therapy at the somothek , it 's time to replace the simulators with new ones . In general , it 's not bad .

I went to Zharkent Arasan for a week, asked for 11 thousand tenge, but they gave me a room for 15 thousand tenge, there was no hot water for two days. I went for cash, not on a free ticket, but the canteen fed us as if I came for free, of course I was not happy with the food. The administrators themselves have moustaches, and I turn what I want around. But the main medical staff is very polite, qualified, I really liked it, only it smoothed out my impression of Zharkent Arasan.
