We have to go there from 6 a.m. just to sign up. I can't get through to the phone and they say that there are no coupons anymore, you don't come either) I don't understand this joke at all. They are forced to take place on a paid basis. As it is, it is very clean and spacious.

She kicked me out of the office almost obscenely and refused to explain where I could get the certificates I needed to go to her office. I am very unhappy with her work, there is absolutely no professional ethics, although I did not say a rude word to her.

A spouse with acute pain made an appointment only 2 days later, on Saturday. I drank painkillers for 2 days. He came to the appointment, and was informed that the doctor was ill and would be able to see him only on Tuesday, because everything was busy on Monday. They didn't call to inform me, they didn't offer an alternative. Many clinics are closed on Saturday. Thus, it is not possible to cure the tooth even in another clinic, because 2 days off. I believe that this does not comply with the rules for providing medical care to patients. Previously, the whole family constantly went to this institution and recommended it to friends. Now we will look for another clinic.
