Very bad hotel. Even 2 * barely pulls. Room cleaning 2 times a week, but this is often forgotten. They clean badly. They may not put towels, for example. They can wash badly. Etc. Breakfast is monotonous - scrambled eggs and porridge. The rooms are cold. If they turn on the heating, they are forced to close the windows. If you open it, they will turn off the heating. The audibility in the rooms is excellent. All the neighbors can be heard. The rooms have poor lighting. Some of the light bulbs either do not work and do not change them even at the request; or they shine a terrible dead light. You read a book and your eyes leak out. The blanket on the bed is thin and smaller than the bed itself. So it will be impossible to live comfortably with someone. In short, I do not recommend a hotel.

It started with the fact that I arrived a couple of days later than the paid deadline for a double room. Administrator Anastasia, in my subjective opinion, does not work in her place, as she does not have the necessary qualities for this job, namely: tact, care and interest in help. By the way, I have seen there more than once a picture of how the guests quarreled with the administration.
Initially, we were told that the room was fully paid for, but when I arrived, they asked me for money, the next day the amount for the night doubled(!). After 2 weeks of accommodation, we contacted the booking support service and only then apologized to us for the "mistake".
The room is old, the walls are cardboard, at night you can hear people talking in whispers! The area is dirty, it's scary to go out at night and it's better not to look out the window. The heating was turned on late in the evening and turned off early in the morning. The Internet works only in a dark hallway on an uncomfortable sofa.
