The food is delicious. The kitchen is good. Staff... The waiters are slow and forgetful. They forgot to bring tea, or bread. And they are not in line of sight. The atmosphere is too noisy. It's not comfortable.
A hotel is not a hotel at all! There are no maids as a class. I haven't seen any floor attendants in 2 days! There is no internal phone in the room, no dishes, no spoons and forks. In general, not a hotel, but a place of meetings. Sex. It is impossible to walk in the evening and stay in the room from moaning and screaming.
The rooms have zero noise insulation! The gap in the door is a finger!
All the noise from the banquet hall in the rooms is at full volume.
How Zeid's pub fits. But as a hotel and a place of residence, NO!!!

Nice, quiet place, good cuisine, excellent barbecue. Chebureks are especially well prepared. There is a summer garden with gazebos, in summer it is good to sit there.

But the questions about the kitchen: not tasty (one salad was only really delicious), the fish is not tasty hotter (dry, bitter). The shish kebab was brought salted and dry. The chairs are not comfortable.... the impression that Zeid is going through his bad times... I compare it not with three years ago, but with June of this year... sadder and sadder

It's a terrible place... I do not recommend organizing banquets there at all.
I ordered a memorial dinner there: the service is at zero, there is a shortage of waiters for 40 people, 2 waiters, they did not have time for anything. Half of the food is not fresh.... Although it was discussed in advance that it would be cooked all day long... But in fact, the buns were yesterday's, the baursaks were also yesterday's, the pancakes were generally taken off the cross, it was even scary to look at them, not to eat them.
There is no salt anywhere at all, the fish is completely saltless and dry, you can't even shove it down your throat. When I expressed my dissatisfaction with the salt, the administrator said, like, we were afraid to over-salt.... 🤨 How is this at all? what kind of cook is this who is afraid to overdo it.... he doesn't try at all when he cooks at random, cooks something 🤦🏻♀️🫣😱
There is a separate story with compote in general: firstly, it is not known when it was sentenced, secondly, it was frozen diluted and the smell of the old was just creepy....🤬

The Zeid is divided into two hotels. Both are different. I was lucky enough to get into the second one. The conditions are not for living. Administrators deceive visitors with prices for accommodation.
