We stayed at this hotel as a family for 12 nights in January. We rented two rooms. It was just a nightmare right away. And in every room there was something wrong. The rooms were on the second floor. One with a view of a bustling intersection. It was hard to get used to. The second room is on an abandoned hotel building. On the very first night, there was a group of Arabs walking in the next room. The music was full, the songs were screaming... but thank God they moved out the next day, and we got used to the noise from the street. The TV was not working in any of the rooms. The air conditioner wasn't working in one of them. The next day, a conder and a TV were set up in a noisy room. But the image is like from an antenna with a bad signal. In another, we lived without a TV, but okay, we didn't come there to watch TV. But if a TV is declared, then it should be. A shelf in the shower of one room was broken off and the rusty sharp remnants of the shelf attachment protruded from the wall. My daughter injured her hand when she was in the shower. There is dust from the road on the balcony. There are no clothes dryers. The balcony was constantly flooded with foam from the drain. One chair on the balcony was broken. There were no tables on the balcony in our rooms. On the booking website, the deluxe was stated to be a 34m2 square, but we were accommodated in a 21m2 square room. If the information on the site is incorrect, then we were settled in the wrong place. They said they would only be able to relocate us towards the end of our stay. In general, they gave up. Fortunately, the sea washed away all the negativity from the hotel.
Cleaning is only on request. If you don't ask, they won't even bring you water and toilet paper. Cleaning is bad everywhere. The walls in the hallway are dirty, the elevator is dirty. Well, you can just take it and wipe it. Dirt and debris in all public places, cigarette butts everywhere. They even swim in the pool. They don't have a designated smoking area.. tar wherever you want. Plus for smokers, come for breakfast... Coffee for a cigarette, please... ashtrays are on the breakfast tables. It's not just tobacco that is smoked in public places. We've seen this happen many times. Foreigners did it without any hesitation. There is no need to go to this hotel with children. A party-goer's hotel.
There is no comfortable access to the pool. Just jump into it, and a bench for hydro massage with peeling tiles. You can hurt your legs. The hydromassage is not working.
There's really breakfast for breakfast. You won't have any rice or pasta. It's always the same. Instant coffee from a can.
There are a lot of mosquitoes in the rooms. It is not clear where they are flying from, the windows were not left open. The towels are not white, but gray and stained. One big and one small. After cleaning, the little ones were no longer put to bed. The deposit was returned, I thought they would find fault with the Delhi towels. Check-out at this hotel is at 11:00. At exactly 11:00, the card stops opening the door.
In general, I will not go to this hotel a second time for any money.
The advantage of this hotel is its location, closer to the northern part of Patong, where the sea is cleaner and the water is clearer. And sunset at sea. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the sea.
Not far from the sea. Friendly staff. The rooms have old furniture, Good breakfasts. The main feature of the hotel is the rooftop pool.
If you don't look for flaws, you can live.
Breakfast is the same every day. There was a cockroach in the room and some kind of animal was gnawing on the bed. There are no hangers in the closet, the bath was heated with water, cleaned on request. The rooftop pool was always dirty.
