Quite an attractive place in the very center of Minsk. Inside there is a laconic interior, a calm atmosphere. We went in for lunch in the afternoon, quiet music did not interfere with communication, which is already a big plus today) I liked the rolls with eel and cashew, they put rice for sushi in the pot (and therefore it lies there in a lump, I would have done otherwise), because of this it is difficult to stir and the sauce is not enough for me, but overall ok. A separate like for non-alcoholic wine - quiet, sparkling, mulled wine 👍🏻 The service is not bad, but there is a lot to grow and strive for. Solid 4 out of 5 ⭐

A good restaurant. I really liked the variety of the menu. Even for people who don't eat seafood, there are plenty of dishes. The portions are large. I took one pad thai. I'm full.
Pleasant, fast service. A good choice of alcohol. There are a lot of non-alcoholic drinks, but I wanted a larger selection of tea (personal opinion). I liked the restaurant, I recommend it!

We visited this place, I want to note the good interior, wonderful atmosphere and courteous staff. However, it immediately caught my eye small tables on which dishes in the amount of more than 2 pieces will not fit. Also, during the hour spent there, the visitors had their appliances burned, as well as the workers during cleaning. The sound of the devices on the floor sounded every 15 minutes, which of course shook a little. We ordered ramen, the waiting time was pleasant, and the dish itself is very amateur, boiled chicken with veins and the sharpness of the ingredients interrupting the taste. After this meal, unfortunately, my stomach ached.

Hello. I was at this place today . There are no questions about the kitchen!
Everything was very tasty!
But there are big questions about the service. Firstly, the waiter selectively chooses who to bring towels and water to who not! By what criteria does she determine this ! When I made a remark and clarified what kind of sorting she had for guests, the waiter meanwhile
I pushed everything to the gastrofest , although the occupancy of the room was 50% . She said that the management approves of such actions at the time of the gastrofest .
Are you serious?
Are you working on quantity as a one-time promotion and not on quality?
Such establishments have not existed for a long time . Even with a great kitchen!

A nice atmospheric place. We ordered sushi, poke and fish - everything is cooked simply and tasty. We will definitely come back to try the soups, they look very appetizing.
I take off a star for the service: the waiters live in their own world and it is quite problematic to get through to them.

It's not the first time I've come here for lunch. Usually everything is very tasty and without complaints. This time there was a piece of plastic in one of the rolls. They apologized to me and offered to remove the dish from the bill, as well as transfer it. After a while, they offered me free coffee, which I kindly refused, because I don't drink coffee. As a result, the bill for the rolls was brought, due to the fact that the dish was still redone for me)) Thank you, next time I'll choose another place for lunch, so as not to wash down plastic with free coffee))

The chicest restaurant, excellent cuisine, amazing service. Unique views!
I don't recommend it, I just insist to you. Smokers are waiting for a very pleasant surprise in the form of hookahs.
The staff is boiling with their work, the waiter this evening we had a super mega duper with a great sense of humor and coped with everything perfectly.
The poshest place I recommend, I even insist.

Вчера посетили данное заведение и остались очень довольны. Атмосфера прекрасная, играет музыка. Блюда просто таяли во рту. На двоих оставили 100 р за 4 блюда и чайник чая. Ролл Бонито безумно нежный, Магуро Кесаку необычный, но очень вкусный. Горячие блюда тоже на высоте. Хочется вернуться ещё не раз. Единственный минус - столики, которые действительно маленькие и ооочень близко расположены друг к другу. Это немного мешает полностью расслабиться.

Yesterday, my colleagues and I decided to go to lunch at your institution for the first time. The first impression was wonderful: the visual component made the inner aesthete rejoice. As well as the second: the food was very tasty (PadTai with shrimp and chuka salad). With the exception of one, one colleague ordered a Tom Yam with chicken, over which she sat, shedding liters of tears, because it was very spicy.
Usually in establishments (and in Thailand itself) they specify what kind of sharpness to make a dish (spicy-spicy notes) or at least warn that the dish will really be spicy if they do not want the client to suffer over it. When placing an order, no one did it, alas.
When our waitress came over, I decided to clarify this point. What I got was just a terrible job with a client) It turned out that the sharpness of the soup can be adjusted. To make it less spicy, you could add coconut milk to the dish. I asked, why didn't you offer us this option? To which I received a rather rude answer from the series "This is Pan-Asian cuisine, you should have known which dishes are spicy here." I hope the management of the institution understands that the client should not be familiar with every dish) Perhaps the client just wanted to get acquainted with Pan-Asian cuisine through your establishment. I continued to argue that such features of the dish should be spoken out if you want the customer to enjoy the food. The waitress's answer just amazed everyone) Do I need to say that a sweet dish is sweet? Is the sour dish sour? And sharp is sharp? The tone was inappropriate) Thus, the third and last impression remained simply terrible. The waitress left herself without a tip, and we left a little upset for the establishment. We really liked your place. But it's a shame when the service spoils everything.
Will I come back to you? Definitely yes. Would I want to be served by this blonde? Definitely not.

Без преувеличения - еда хуже, чем в столовой. Стоит дорого, порции маленькие и абсолютно невкусные.
Такое ощущение, что рыбу они вообще готовить не умеют.
На ужин с девушкой ушло как в приличном ресторане - чуть больше 100 рублей, что впринципе не катастрофа, однако за эти деньги ты ожидаешь еду, а не резину.
Ради справедливости стоит сказать, что коктейли у них отличные, ни в какое сравнение с блюдами не идёт.
Вся листва в интерьере - дешёвый пластик, я заметил только одно живое растение.
Труба обогревателя торчит из стены, задевая соседние столики, вообще не понятно как там сидеть (такое можно спокойно простить обычной забегаловке, но не типо крутому рестику в центре Минска). Очень много недочетов и дешевых шороховатостей, как будто молодая нейросеть открыла свой ресторан.
Персонал нормальный, к ним вопросов нет. Мне кажется, они тоже понимают, что работают в каком-то треше.
Какая-то пародия, а не заведение. Всё очень неестественное, как будто заказанное с Алиэкспресс.
Худшее место для визита, не совершайте моих ошибок и не ходите сюда.

I was at the institution with a friend and we really liked it. The food is delicious and fresh. I really liked the cocktails. The staff is very friendly and happy to help us with the choice of food and drinks

Unfortunately, only three stars. Loud, intrusive music. Very expensive alcohol (objectively). A long wait for hot dishes, and the second half of the dishes (from the order) began to be cooked only when the first one was brought (the waiter himself admitted). As a result, half of the company ate, the other half waited. The cuisine (subjectively) is not all delicious (except for raw tuna :)). Most of the comments, unfortunately, are true!

Посещала заведение через неделю после открытия. Понравились качество блюд, очень свежие морепродукты, качество севиче из лосося и гребешка на высоте. Интерьер заведения и оформление меню чувствуется делали с душой и вкусом. Снимаю одну звезду за стоимость, неожиданно резко выросла стоимость севиче в 2 раза.

Узнав об открытии данного заведения, решила сходить на пробу и взять на тест роллы. Выбор, конечно же, пал на Филадельфия. Плюс взяла сашими из лосося. К рыбе претензий не было - все очень свежее и качественное! За это БЛАГОДАРЮ! Но лично мне в роллах чего-то не хватило … вкуса что ли… 🤷🏻♀️ И не совсем удобен взбитый в мусс васаби .. но это сугубо индивидуально. Однозначно советую посетить и именно сейчас, когда заведение только открылось :) К сожалению, со временем многие места портятся.

The dishes were carried for about an hour, although half of the tables were empty. You could see how the cook and the staff were having absolutely calm fun and living their lives, and not working. They forgot about one hot dish at all, although the waiter wrote it down. Sushi was with dry rice, the serving of hot dishes was different from the one photographed on Instagram. The taste of the dishes is mediocre . 0 out of 10. I don't recommend it.

We saw a beautiful chandelier through the window, went to look and stayed for the whole evening. We ordered rolls, the girlfriend took another pork. Everything was incredibly delicious and beautiful. Cocktails are great, Pornostar Martinis are just a cannon!! (By the way, on Thursdays all cocktails are 12p, which is sooo nice)
On the 1st floor you can smoke hookahs, but we did not take this time.

Местро очень интересное , очень чисто .Но ко нечно без минусов не обойтись. В туалете слив работает странно , напор настолько сильный что может намочить сидение ,ноги , одежду. Салатные листья горчат . Официанты ходям с каменным лицом, сделали комплект что вкусная Филадельфия в ответ 'Мг' .А так конечно очень вкусная рыба и морепродукты.Но есть над чем поработать.

It turns out to try a set within the framework of the gastrofest, you still need to earn it, because the number is limited. I understand if there were no seats, everything was booked, etc. So no, we can plant and offer the main menu, but if it's for a gastrofest, then I'm sorry. Obviously, the institution's participation in the gastrofest is primarily a reserve for future regular customers who can appreciate everything that the restaurant has to offer, but another position and interests seem to prevail here.
Of course I'm not upset, there are other suggestions) But such an arrogant position of the restaurant: to participate in the gastrofest, but to try to impose something else is absolutely unacceptable.

Из плюсов:
Местоположение
Новое место (соотвественно в мебели, посуде ничего испорченного)
Пустили с собакой и принесли воды в миске.
Из минусов:
Несоответствие состава в меню и подачи. Ролл Филадельфия полит каким то цитрусовым соусом, по классической рецептуре его там не должно быть и в составе в меню об этом упоминани я нет.
Не поняли такого решения.

Waiters with sour faces and not knowing the menu at the new establishment is a failure. They messed up the dishes in the receipt. Sushi Philadelphia was not as it should be, but with fish inside, sesame seeds on top. I thought it was the right thing to do until I checked with insta. The mochi are rubber. Only the interior is beautiful here. I won't come again:(
