The young quarter in the village of Lesnoy. Beautifully maintained, near the forest. Almost all residents of the quarter are not native Borovians, but they sincerely believe that the forest surrounding them is their personal property. At one time, they specially smeared all the stumps and recreation areas in the forest near the quarter with fuel oil so that the indigenous people would stop going to their supposedly forest.
The place is generally good, but people don't live there very much.

The residential district "Zeleny Bor" was created on the principle of a "club house". There was no social housing here, all the owners paid a lot of money for the suburb. Positive:
- The cleanest suburb, a nature reserve (pine forest) with equipped places for recreation (gazebos, kebabs, dumpsters, etc.). Hares walk through the yard at night.
- Excellent transport links to the city. Every 3-5 minutes there is a bus or minibus to any point of the city.
- Ideal children's playgrounds, swings, slides, sandboxes, football box, sports equipment, etc.
- Kindergarten in the yard, and two more behind the fence. Two schools are also nearby.
- Shops, post office, dentistry, pharmacy and everything else are right there.
- Large parking lots for cars.
- Clean, cozy, beautiful, quiet, smells of pine forest. Its own management, boiler room, electrical substation.
- CAMERAS around (5 pieces on each house + in the yard and at the entrance ). Camera viewing is possible on a home TV.
All this "service" was offered to customers for an additional $ 200 per square meter. I think it was worth it. There are no new apartments for sale anymore, there are not many sellers on the secondary market, prices are above average.
