Positive:
1. Delicious, varied food
2. Cleaning every day
3. Interesting animation
4. Nice, well-maintained territory
5. The children liked the slides and the pool
Minuses:
1. Walk to the beach in 20 minutes (it's okay for me, it's hard for the children)
2. It is very noisy, sometimes the guests carouse until the morning
3. People smoke everywhere and always
4. The room was patched, but at my request it was quickly corrected (lamp and handle).
We took a tour to this hotel by chance due to a small discount, as we chose it at the last moment. The hotel is family-run- there are no children's sports teams here, but it is also completely unsuitable for enjoying privacy. Of this, the main disadvantage is that it is very crowded. There were crowds in the dining room and around the pools, although there was always a place.
Pros- clean, varied and high-quality food for every taste, silence after 24-00. In this sense, even be glad that you are not at the beach, since in hotels on the 1st line in Marmaris, night traffic does not have a bedtime.
The beach is shared with the GN Diamond Hotel. Sun beds/umbrellas and water from the refrigerator are free of charge. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to it, we walked regularly.
The rooms of the Club category clearly do not correspond to 5*. I got the upper floor with an attic - 10 meters of living space. But at least with a balcony and a view not of the neighboring hotel. Although there are no standing view rooms in this hotel.
The sea in Marmaris is so-so compared to the Aegean bays. The beach is also a maximum of 8 meters wide. I hardly recommend going for an expensive price, but as an average option, if there are inexpensive and convenient flights, you can consider.
Well, let's start with the fact that, as people wrote earlier in the reviews, this is a 3*-4* hotel, not a 5*. Family type. I was here from 29.09 to 04.10.24. For eight days, bed linen / towels were changed 1 time (I left tips for the maid every day). The reception does not speak Russian at all, and is "focused" only on the English. You will not be told or explained anything, you must guess for yourself what and how, despite your knowledge of English. As a last resort, the tour agent will explain how in my case the next day. Pros: a varied menu, local alcohol is also included; the territory is well zoned; several swimming pools, including a couple of slides; many sun beds; there is a children's and adult entertainment program; after 23:00 everything stops, you can sleep. Cons: a lot of broken sun beds; good places by the pool are occupied almost from the night; alcohol is so-so; the hotel is on the outskirts, far from the beach, 20 minutes on foot to the beach of a related hotel, where only sun beds /umbrellas and a toilet are free; very far from the center, 45-50 minutes on foot; very high audibility between rooms, all the conversations of the neighbors will be clear to you; the furniture and bed linen / towels are old and worn, straight with holes; in the shower there is only an upper non-removable watering can of the tropical rain type. Personally, I did not like: the attitude of the staff, either ignored or politely sent; the main audience is 85% British like "Tagil", that's another circus with horses; everywhere and everyone smokes, from pimply teenagers to frail old men, all the time, without stopping. I had to duck around the outskirts, just not to hear it. I'm not sure I would have come here a second time.
From June 5 to June 17, we rest with the company at this hotel. The food is normal, you will definitely not stay hungry, there are a lot of vegetables and fruits, cheeses, vegetables and herbs, beef, seafood, as a rule, shrimp mussels, fish in salads. The hotel is rather 4. We lived in the resort building, the main building. The sound insulation is tolerable, but the neighbors can be heard in the bathroom). For some reason, the robes were not given out. The hotel is densely populated, only we and one family are Russians, the rest are British and a little bit of the national solyanka from other European countries. Everything is cool and relaxed, smiles and small talk for granted, practice in English is not superfluous) the sea invigorates at sunset, then cools pleasantly, the water is clean, there are very few people, because Europeans traditionally hang out by the pools. Prices in coastal cafes were unpleasantly surprised, dinner for two is about 6 tr with wine. In Marmaris, for the fourth time, inflation is high(. The animation is held in the evening in the amphitheater, found only for the 4th day. The show is from 22 to 23, before that the children's room. I give it my due, the hotel is clean, they smoke all the time. A huge disadvantage is the lack of refrigerators for drinks in bars. There is ice in the bucket, but it does little to save the situation. On the whole, it's passable.
I haven't been abroad for a long time and I don't really like Turkey, but in this case I was pleasantly surprised. We arrived as a family in the middle of June. We checked into a room in the main and in the neighboring building , the rooms are clean , everything works , there are no visible problems . There are plenty of electrical outlets ( I read some review , they wrote that one per room , this is not true ). In terms of food , not much , it is diverse ( you can get to the bottom of it that there is no porridge in the morning ) there were queues a couple of times , but only because someone was stupid , chose a dish for a long time. The location of the hotel, to the sea either by free bus or on foot , I walked with my child, through the mosque , did not bother . There is no animation during the day , but that's good , and in the evening there are various performances , to be honest , I was at 2 ( liked ) circus acts
. There is live music in one of the bars , sometimes they sang not bad at all . We visited a couple of excursions . In general, about the hotel , a large city hotel , with large pools , everything is clean , tidy , you can go with a family with children .
Everything is on top. The buffet is surprisingly varied. Entertainment during the day by the pool (not always) and in the evening at 22:00 is simply excellent! The only negative is that no one in the hotel speaks Russian.
The cost of the tour and the location of the hotel compensated for the quality of the hotel itself. The club rooms are microscopic, there is no sound insulation from the word at all, you can hear everything! The water in the shower turned on itself periodically. The air conditioning was working, the safe was free. If something does not work in the room, then call the reception from the room by dialing "0" and say that the ... does not work, they do not understand Russian, if you do not know English, then download an offline translator, it saves)). I used to catch WiFi everywhere, but many complained that it didn't catch at all in the rooms. They cleaned every day, the water was replenished every day with 2 bottles of 0.5.
The view was on the forest, quite quiet, building 8, number 411. The elevator is hot, there is no air conditioning.
I read in the reviews that the food is great, I don't know which hotels people rested in and how they were fed, but tasty and varied is not about this hotel. Every day fries for breakfast, lunch and dinner, this is an invariable side dish, I don't mind anything, but when other side dishes besides fries leave much to be desired, then you will eat potatoes every day)). Breakfast is always scramble, boiled eggs, fried eggs outside. Waffles, pancakes, local sausage, cheeses, strange buns again with sausage on top. Usually Turkish hotels have great pastries, but not here. Lunch, as I already wrote, pasta a la pasta, beans in tomato sauce are delicious, broccoli once, stewed beef with vegetables 2 times, grilled mackerel is not tasty, some sausages a la kebab look scary, I did not dare to try, chicken, chicken nuggets, 2 types we have not tried mashed soup, fresh vegetables, salads of fresh vegetables and a couple of mayonnaise, pickled vegetables, olives, cheeses, sausage, bread of 2 types. Dinner is similar. Desserts- Turkish sweets are delicious, cakes and pastries are different in color, taste the same, not tasty. Juice from the cherry, apple, orange, pineapple vending machine, not Jupi, but not Santal, you can drink. A coffee machine with bad coffee drinks, pepsi, fanta, Sprite are warm in the bar, so they put ice. There are also Schweppes in the bars on site. I have alcohol, but I don't drink, so I can't say anything. Fruits-apples, pears, plums, peaches, watermelon, melon, grapes. From lunch to 21 o'clock, the ice cream is quite tasty. In the restaurant, around the 8th building, they bake gozleme, I do not remember, from 12 or from 14 to 17 o'clock, you can also have a snack there if you are hungry or late for lunch, again fries, nuggets, pizza, beans, vegetables and fruits.
The entire territory is occupied by buildings and swimming pools, there is nowhere to walk, but this is not necessary, there is a place to go / go outside the territory. There are a lot of sun beds near the pools, they have mattresses with an oilcloth coating. Beach towels were not taken, cards should be asked at the reception if they were not given immediately. 3 slides, did not use the pools, did not ride off the slides, did not go to the hammam.
It takes 10-15 minutes to walk to the sea, depending on which path you choose. Wild boars leave the forest at 22-23 o'clock, carefully near the forest in the evening.
It takes 15 minutes to get to Marmaris by dolmusha, leave the hotel not through the main entrance, go down to the main road and cross to the other side, the fare is 15 lira / person, the driver says: "center", get out. There is a port, an old town, a grand bazaar, a fort with an entrance of 100 lira, pharmacy shops, and a beach. Migros before reaching Marmaris, you will see, you will not pass, in the area of the green nature diamond hotel.
If you go to Icmeler, also down from the hotel to the main road, but you do not need to cross the road, travel is also 15 lira one way, 10 minutes, or walk 50 minutes in a straight line along the promenade, it is hot, but a beautiful road, if you stock up on water, then you can walk. We walked.
There is a market A 101 not far from the hotel, there are adequate prices relative to the embankment for ice cream, beer, drinks, chips and more.It is more profitable to make purchases in lira, not in dollars.
Marmaris is beautiful, green, pleasant town, sellers do not bother, which is very nice)).
There are many excursions, we went to the islands and Dalyan, to see turtles. We bought from a separate guide, we had a discount and the price came out like street sellers. After watching how the street people drive, I was glad that we went from the tour operator. I recommend the islands, they are beautiful, they bought a lot. Drinks are included throughout the trip, beer, fanta, pepsi, Sprite, wine. Lunch, pasta with tomato sauce, vegetable salad, watermelon, quite satisfying.
Dalyan, a wonderful excursion along the river, crab fishing, then Iztuzu beach with a gorgeous warmest, albeit shallow sea (it's cool in Marmaris in July), clear water, high! Next, we watched Caretta-Caretta turtles, 3 pieces sailed, then lunch on the shore, and then, in my opinion, an extra part with mud and a gray-hydrogen pool, and absolutely unnecessary-wine tasting. But the experience is great. Take water with you or you can buy on the bus 1 $ 2 bottles of ordinary water for 0.5, cola, fanta- 1 $ jar, beer 3 $.
We had a great rest, but I can't recommend the hotel, only if the tour is cheap, then you can consider it.
For us, it turned out to be a bit "all inclusive": Several pools, a restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner, a cafe for snacks, evening entertainment (concerts, karaoke, etc.). In fact, we had breakfast and dinner, the rest of the time we spent at sea. But if we were unlucky with the weather, then there would definitely be something to do. Clear.

(Rest in early June 2024)
A mediocre hotel for unassuming Europeans. 5 * he probably has for filling according to the conditions of stardom, but of course this is all conditional, I would give 4 with a stretch.
1) There is a problem with the Russian language. You won't solve any problem without English.
2) WiFi lights up everywhere, but it only works normally at the reception.
3) The territory for such a hotel is small. There are always a lot of people hanging out by the pool, sun beds are stuck wherever possible, there is practically no free passage anywhere. There are always queues in bars, although they serve quickly. The drinks are all local.
4) Food without special frills, but of normal quality. There has always been fish (sea bass, dorado), beef, duck, chicken, turkey, etc.
5) The beach is of course a separate story. The first transfer departs at 10:00, and the first one back to the hotel only at 17:00. And late to the sea and late back. Sitting on the beach all day is another challenge. We always returned by taxi or on foot (20 minutes). The beach is provided from one chain of the hotel, but apart from umbrellas and sun beds you can not do anything else. They could at least give drinks, the food is fine with it. It was incomprehensible to me.
6) To the city center either by taxi or by minibus. Taxi drivers always cheat. They drive up to the hotel and declare 450 liras. In fact, the working rate is 300 to the center, if it is closer, then 200 lira is enough - bargain.
In general, I will not scold the hotel much, but there is nothing special to praise it for, nothing special. It's up to you. It all depends on your financial capabilities.
A luxury hotel for your money. The cuisine is just super, there is a lot to choose from, from seafood to fast food. A pleasant family-run hotel. Excellent location . It was in June 2023
They feed me a little far from the sea , but they take me to a good beach at 11.11:30 and 12 .... Back at 17:00 and then I don't remember ) Nice hotel) in the evening, or rather at night, wild boars run in the city in whole families))))
The food is normal, the service is normal, the beach is nowhere. The British contingent....you can swear everywhere and loudly))))
In residential areas, wild boars roam at night))
We are currently staying at the hotel, July 2021. The hotel is great. What makes this hotel special?: firstly, the hotel is very large for Marmaris (there is nothing to be afraid of for claustrophobes). There is a territory, two huge pools, two children's pools, 4 slides. There is a tennis court, 4 bars. Animation is very active guys, they will not let you get bored in the first half of the day, now (while the pandemic is) animation is in Turkish, but the guys are such energizers that they turn everyone around. In general, such an entertainment program was noticed only in our hotel, in the neighboring ones there was a deathly silence. In the evenings, something happens in the amphitheater (we haven't reached it yet). Games all day. Now, of course, there are more Turks vacationing, but there are also Spaniards, Germans, Finns, and a few Russians. For me, the main factor was the absence of Russians in the hotel., The previous experience of the Antalya coast with a drunken Tagil with a heavy mat was etched into my memory for a long time. Therefore, for me, well-mannered, calm Turks are better than Russian redneck tourists (there are exceptions, but there are fewer of the latter). The contingent at the hotel is normal. Food : out of 4 times in Turkey, this is the most delicious and natural food, grilled daily, grilled fish is just wow. Lots of cakes, juices (not jupi!) . They are fed for slaughter all day. Special thanks to the chef, for such love for his profession, every dish is cooked with love and it shows. There is a SPA, do not go to any baths for foam massage and pilling, the hotel will do it for $ 10.I gave 12 in the city hammam) it's a stereotype that somewhere is cheaper. Cleaning: today is the first time they forgot about us, for the first time in a few days they did not bring water and there was no cleaning - but we are happy people, so we do not pay attention to the little things (yes, once I found a towel with a hole)))) She didn't get hysterical. All issues are resolved at the reception. The staff is English-speaking, they are already trying to learn Russian. Rooms : not the latest, but nothing is falling apart. There is a safe, a refrigerator, a toilet, a bathtub, without rust) there is a balcony, water is brought (neighbors, if loud, then you can hear. But I have earplugs - I'm not worried), it's quiet from the street, a view of the mountains. The hotel is located at the foot of the mountain, surrounded by greenery, so that the heat is not felt on the territory of the hotel. It is quite comfortable at 35, there is always a breeze. Beach: this is probably the only disadvantage, especially if you are lazy and want a recumbent vacation. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the embankment with beaches). There is also a private beach, a shuttle from the hotel, free of charge. We didn't like it, at the very end. We calmly came to the beaches of other hotels). There is a place to walk. I recommend the hotel for happy and not picky people. For tourists looking for negativity and considering themselves experts on the star rating of hotels - not here)). The concept of the hotel is similar to the Tekirova " Phaselise rose.

Well, gentlemen, I'm quite good for myself, I've been to Turkey several times already, there's something to fuck with. There are 0 complaints about food, 15 minutes walk to the sea, a shuttle service works, but it is not enough. WiFi, safe for free. There are few compatriots, but there are many Englishmen, in general, the people are normal. If you drive yourself well, the waiter will bring beer in a glass of 0.5 :D and not 0.3.
The hotel is very nice! The staff is mostly English-speaking, but there are also Russian-speaking employees.
A large territory, diverse. Pools for every taste. Children's playground. Children's club. Evening Amphi Theater, where mini disco and various show programs take place. The green territory with rabbits conquered our hearts))
Of course, the hotel is far from the sea, but the bus takes you for free to the excellent beach in Icmeler.
Far from all the shops, from the center.
Basically, all tourists are foreigners from all over the world) There are a lot of families.
We rested there for 21 days. Russian Russians were very few. Because of course Russians want to live closer to the sea.
The hotel is made more for foreign tourists. So, you will not be charged with Turkish energy there.
We stayed at the hotel from July 9 to July 18, 2021 with a large group of friends. I must say right away that the hotel is definitely not 5* and has nothing to do with this category. Maybe 4* stars, but also with a very big stretch. So, in order:
1. The hotel itself and the room stock, to put it mildly, looks tired. There are dirty crumpled paths in the halls of the hotel, cracked plaster on the walls in places, and "broken" doors. In general, everything is somehow careless, untidy. The furniture in the room is not new, but in general it is normal. There are broken tiles on the walls in the bathroom, the doors are somehow covered with some kind of plaster. The silicone above the bathroom is also all old and dirty. The watering can is not holding, everything is broken. There are no toothbrushes and toothpaste in the 5* hotel - a shock! And the biggest drawback of the rooms is 100% audibility, as if you are in the same room with others. The Internet generally works well in the hotel, sometimes intermittently, but not critically. Cleaning was carried out every day, but the bed was not changed, the same one was refilled. But the worst thing about this hotel is that the cleaners have been screaming like crazy since the morning and it's just hell, it's not an exaggeration, as if you got to a noisy base - hubbub, screams, screams. I think this is simply unacceptable, especially for the category 5*, a question for the hotel administration.Put the staff in order, give instructions!
2. Food and service. I would put a maximum of 3 points for the meal. On the one hand, there is a lot of food and at first glance it seems to be diverse, but in fact everything is very similar and not tasty, covered with tons of spices. The cook does not know how to cook fish at all, just some kind of "crackers", it is not edible at all. Vegetables and fruits are green and unripe, not tasty. Of the +, it can be noted that there was always beef, and it saved the situation for me personally. If you go with the children, then in the morning there are not even any cereals (only cereals and milk). In general, the breakfasts are extremely meager, the omelet is disgusting. The service scheme on the distribution lines has become very inconvenient, now the kitchen staff is serving. You have to wait a whole queue until all the others pass in front of you to take 2-3 desired dishes. I also want to note the somewhat unfriendly attitude of the Turks towards the Russians. A couple of times, the fact was noticed how, for example, they served pizza fresh from the fire to their own and foreigners, and to us it had already cooled down. An extremely unpleasant moment. At some point, the hotel stopped handling the service altogether during the mass settlement of people. Some people, not waiting for an empty table in the restaurant, just went to the room and ate there.
3. The territory of the hotel is quite large, there are no questions. Several pools. In principle, there were enough sun beds.
4. The sea and the beach. This is the 3rd line. And, of course, it is extremely exhausting to get to the sea in the heat. The sea itself is pleasant, clean - the surface is small pebbles, the approach is generally convenient. We took sunbeds for a fee, buying some kind of drink.
5. Hotel service. Before departure, we ordered breakfast in lunch boxes for respawn, as the flight was early. As a result, the hotel staff either forgot or incorrectly indicated the number, but in the end, instead of 4 boxes, we got 1 for 4 people. For the 5* service, such a condescending attitude and "indifference" are strange.
In general, in this hotel, somehow everyone has a fic for everything. I would not recommend this hotel to visit. Unless it costs very cheap and you just want to go to the sea. Better look for something else, maybe even 4*, which will be an order of magnitude better than this pseudo 5*.
It was the first year of vacation in Marmaris. And fortunately for me, I got to this hotel. I'm not very picky, but everything here is top notch. I especially remember the SPA. Friendly staff. The magic hands of the masters. I rested my whole body and soul. Thank you for this pleasure.
A modern 5* hotel. Huge territory, friendly staff, timely room cleaning with a surprise from the maid. The hotel has its own beach located a 10-minute drive away. There are beaches directly near the hotel, but you will have to pay extra for a sunbed. Without a sunbed, you can just go anywhere. The beach is pebbly and sandy. For an additional fee, you can move into absolutely any room. The food is constantly varied with a wide range of dishes.

We rested at the hotel from 14.09 to 26.09.18 from Pegasus. All services declared by the hotel are fulfilled. The chef has a separate respect, whatever his heart desires. Everyone will find what they want for themselves. A variety of meat and fish, grilled dishes, a variety of pastes, there is a dietary diet. There are a lot of desserts. From fruits: watermelon, melon, apples, oranges, peaches, nectarines, grapes, plums, grapefruit. I would especially like to mention fish Saturdays with mussels, shrimps, octopuses, as well as Turkish cuisine on "Turkish night". There is plenty to eat on site throughout the day. They do not speak Russian at the reception, but there is a girl, Anet (the table to the right of the reception), who helps to solve emerging issues, desires and clarifies various situations. The animation team consisted only of children, they entertain guests all day long. I didn't have enough music in the bar after the evening show and the lack of aqua aerobics. There was also a day of silence all day Sunday, apparently the entire animation team had a day off.
I would like to advise the hotel management to resolve the issue with the transfer from the beach, because the beach departs at 10 am, 11 am and 13-50h, but from the beach there is only one transfer at 16-50h. Of course, you can return to the hotel on foot for 15 minutes, but it is definitely not comfortable and hot with children. We left for the beach at 11 a.m. and returned at 4:50 p.m., while remaining without lunch.
Closing our eyes to small shortcomings, we were very satisfied with our stay at the hotel. I will return to the hotel with pleasure.
The hotel does not meet the 5-star level. Old, the rooms are small, the reception service leaves much to be desired, the food in the restaurants is very average. We ordered an individual transfer to the airport so as not to take the bus. The transfer was 1 hour late (!!!). We miraculously made it to the plane.
We liked Marmaris, but we will not go to this hotel anymore.
