There are several reception rooms and an operating room. There are no complaints about the doctors' work, everything that needs to be done has been done. But the girl who was supposed to be at the reception was constantly hanging out in the room with the veterans. It's already a small room, if there are two visitors plus a doctor with a cat or dog, there's no way to turn around. And she kept climbing in there, without asking, without permission. Why make the animal nervous once again, they are already afraid. It would be better to sit and receive calls and calculate the visitors who have already passed the inspection. In general, if there is absolutely nowhere to go, then you can go here. But it's uncomfortable and there's not much space. Smart veterinary is a couple of stops further away, at least everything is well equipped there, conditions are created for visitors and their pets.

The staff is very polite! But it would be better to improve the qualifications of individuals. Today they did an ultrasound of the abdominal cavity, the doctor claimed that the dog had gas formation and prescribed a bunch of medications and injections, prescribed treatment for up to a month! I decided to go back to Dr. Bazylevsky's Veterinary Center. That's where they gave me the proper help! They took blood, X-rayed it, and looked at the ultrasound. THE DOG DOESN'T HAVE ANY GASES! He swallowed the earphone!
If I hadn't learned the opinion of a qualified doctor, I would have stuffed the dog with medicines and useless injections, as I was told to do at this clinic.

We contacted this place yesterday.
It was necessary to do an ultrasound for the dog and the tank (the dog was not feeling well).
When we got to the "doctor", she did not even examine him, did not take his temperature…And immediately dragged me to the ultrasound.While the dog was lying on the table and they were doing an ultrasound, the "doctor" could not shave his stomach properly:
"How much wool, I'm tired ... I want to go home ...".I think this attitude towards my patients is not normal.The answer was: "Well, the kidneys seem to be fine."That is, she wasn't even sure.The dog was already stressed while lying on the ultrasound.A biochemical blood test could not be taken, she could not get a needle, the dog was nervous, she did not even shave the place, but just poked with a needle.As a result, nothing happened, because there were clots (the dog was brought to a stressful state).The analysis had to be done before the ultrasound. During the entire reception, she complained about how tired she was and wanted the day to end.
As a result, we were left without a blood test, with questionable ultrasound results.And without proper treatment!
I want to express my gratitude to the administrator, only she was interested in helping my pet.
I do not recommend this clinic!!

Good afternoon! We would like to express our deep gratitude to the team of specialists at the Zelenyevetliniya vet clinic and especially to Ekaterina Nikolaevna Makarenko, a VET doctor. She is a professional in her field: attentive, animal-loving, and also a wonderful specialist. She chose the right treatment for us and saved our pet dog. Our dog was in terrible condition, we rushed from one doctor to another, did a lot of examinations, no one could understand what was the matter, until we got to Ekaterina, she became our salvation.
The dog is already 10 years old and has serious heart problems, and we had to have surgery, we doubted for a long time, worried and afraid, but Ekaterina convinced us that this was the only right solution. Everything went well and this is the merit of Ekaterina and the staff of this clinic. We are immensely grateful to the doctors that they did not remain indifferent and tried their best to help us, to save our dog.

The girl at the reception is not even able to record you for a certain date of reception: you will sign up first, and then on this day you will come and wait in turn. Also, the administrator Evgenia Vitalievna does not shy away from even lying openly to your eyes, if such a task corresponds to the goals of their "clinic". These are just a couple of examples, in reality there are many more.
The doctor Ekaterina Nikolaevna Makarenko intentionally hides information on the necessary preoperative examinations, in particular, ultrasound of the heart was simply not done for fear that the dog would damage their expensive device, and nothing was said about it to the owners, and then Ekaterina Nikolaevna tried to prove that she, being the only doctor who dealt with this patient, was NOT OBLIGED to say nothing, as well as I am NOT OBLIGED to write such insignificant information in the conclusion :)
As for the directorate: your appeals to the directorate, in principle, will not even be considered, you will not receive any response from them at all within the prescribed period of 2 weeks.

She sat at the reception, watched the rudeness of the administrator, the incompetence, she did not give clear answers to questions. It feels like the receptionist didn't understand what she was being asked. She couldn't answer phone calls clearly, she ran away with the phone, it seemed that she came in from the street and was asked to sit.
