Thanks guys for a cool evening! We often go to karaoke, this is our first time here! It's been a long time since we've seen all the guests have so much fun all night! Victoria turned on the karaoke, it was WOW!!! A real diamond with a gorgeous voice. All night we felt the support of the presenter, playing a lot of different music that makes us get up and go dancing! The administrator Kristina advised us what to order to eat - we were very satisfied with salads and pancakes! The sound is great, we were pleasantly surprised, the presenter adjusted the sound for us and we liked it! Thank you so much for our evening! It was great, we'll come back again!

I've been there three times. I really like the place. Without too much pathos, cozy, polite staff.
I took off the star for the shabbiness of the furniture and for the fact that all three times we were forgotten with the order. The cocktail was brought immediately, but the food, and a simple cut, had to wait more than an hour.
The question was answered: "Cooking." It's like the meat was dried right there, honestly.

I rarely write reviews, but here I decided to share.
I didn't like the place at all. We came in a large company and booked a table for 13+-3 people. In the end, there wasn't enough room for everyone at the table, even though there were 14 of us. We didn't think of offering another chair or chairs until we came up and raised the issue ourselves. As a result, we occupied a small nearby table. And since you agree to such reservations, then provide a good place.
We tried to order a cappuccino, but we were told there was no milk! Seriously? There is a drink on the menu, and on January 1st, when you have a full house - laughter, in a word. But bring a bottle of alcohol, in a volume that is not on the menu, please. I wonder what kind of documentation you have there.
There were puddles in the toilets all evening, and I had to tuck my pants into my shoes so as not to ruin this beauty.
You hang your outerwear in a regular closet near the toilets. No guards, no other personnel, come in and get it. Yes, there was a camera opposite, but its operability is painfully questionable.
Once we've gone, now we know what's not worth it anymore. And we certainly won't recommend it.

The place and the contingent want the best...
1. They didn't have some of the items on the menu, but fuck it.
2. There is no ice. All cocktails were served without ice. It's clear that ice takes up space in the glass, but it was immediately apparent how much was being poured without it. It was so small that it was just terrible. Alcohol and drinks in cocktails are very warm, as if they are being heated.
3. If you would like to sing, then this place is not for you! The music is playing incredibly loud. The girl who turns on the music does not adjust the sound at all during the performance. To hear yourself, you really need to SHOUT into the microphone, not sing...(good for those who have a loud and strong voice)))
And also, there are regular singers who "pay" money and sing out of turn. The "songs without a queue" event is not really controlled in any way. Only "your" people and the DJ sing😂 When the hall is fully seated, you will have to wait 1.5 hours+ to sing once.
4. The contingent coming there wants the best. The guards do not monitor the condition of those who rest and come...
I could write a lot more, but it's a pity to waste time, which has already been spent enough.
To summarize.
1. Prices are 8 out of 10. They are very pleasant and democratic.
2. Food 7 out of 10.
3. Drinks 3 out of 10.
4. Atmosphere and music 1 out of 10.
5. Waiting staff and employees 2 out of 10 (by the way, you will wait a very long time for the waiter, it's easier to run back and forth yourself or wait for a miracle to happen and they will come to you))))
This place can be considered more like eating than coming and singing) (By the way, with such a large flow of people, the menu there is at most 10 pieces)

I was in this institution for the first time, I like to go to karaoke, I will immediately start with the cons, made an order, waited 47 minutes, then came to clarify where my order was, to which they unpleasantly replied that it was still being made, after another 12 minutes they brought it. They over-salted, the plate with the chipped edge was, the tool was not provided, there were no napkins on the table, I asked for something to bring, cutlery was brought, the fork was not washed, with streaks after use (not even washed normally)!
The administrator knows neither subordination nor customer orientation!
The girl responsible for the sound does not control the volume of the microphone, nor that the microphone periodically whistled (started), did not react in any way!
The guards spent my entire presence on the phone, there was a disassembly at the next table, to which there was no reaction, only after the direct disassembly had already taken place (pushing, screaming, grabbing girls by the hair), as everyone sat down at their tables, the guard deigned to come closer, but did not make any remarks, nor He took the drunks out into the street!

On Friday evening, my husband and I were looking for a place to sit and sing, the only place where we found a table.
The deposit per person is 35 rubles, paid immediately at the entrance. We sat down at the table and chose from the menu, a tequila sunrise cocktail, an appetizer of potatoes, croutons, chicken wings and sausages. Drinks were brought to us immediately, the cocktail was not with tequila as stated in the card, but with vodka, we forgot about the plate with snacks at all, we waited 47 minutes, after which my husband had to go find out whether we would wait for the order or not. The expectation was not justified, they brought a snack on a plate with a huge chip, the appliances were not served, we waited for the appliances for another 10 minutes, we had to go ask, the appliances were brought, the forks turned out to be dirty. There were no napkins on the table, no toothpicks, nothing. The dish was so salty that it was simply impossible to eat it, unfortunately.
Regarding the program: the girls, the presenter and the bartender entertained everyone as best they could, they tried very hard. The microphones are turned on to their fullest so that they sound strongly (people who sing, who yell into the microphone, and all this is accompanied by a terrible squeak of the microphone and speakers).
In fact, there is no security in the institution, three attempts at a fight, the guard was on the phone with his back to the hall, just sitting out working hours, men were separated by women, then men by women.
The interior of the place seemed to be from the deep 90s, the club's logo on the wall with New Year's garlands was on tape, it was very striking.
It was extremely scary to go to the toilet: the doors wouldn't close, the window in the door where there used to be glass was boarded up, there was no paper, it was dirty.
The feeling that the institution was opened on the run, without looking, just to start with minimal cost and cut down money.
Unfortunately, it's not even worth 35p. If you think that nothing can be seen in the dark, then you are mistaken.

I made two orders for a deposit - after which I was asked to re-order both, since they are not available. The hall is small and not cozy - there is little room for dancers. I didn't like the shabby and dirty places where we were sitting. With a large number of viewers, everyone is waiting for their turn to sing, but the girl who carries the microphones and puts on the right composition turned on a super singer (screams every 20 minutes).With good acoustics, you feel comfortable - but here everything is the other way around (because of the small hall)-the sound is loud, but careless and sloppy, it shakes and makes you shiver. A person sitting 10 cm away will not hear you until you shout directly into your ear several times, you can only communicate in the corridor or on the street.
