In principle, a good hotel for reasonable money in an awesome place - the historical center of the city, but:
if the windows are facing the street, then a wake-up call to Georgian songs can happen at night at any time;
crossing the courtyard for breakfast and always with a guide, you won't find a scent and it's not comfortable in the rain.;
carry suitcases up 3 flights of stairs by yourself. Breakfast is so-so, you won't stay hungry.
A great hotel in the heart of the old town. Modern designer rooms, Wi-Fi is flying, super cozy beds, clean linen, awesome delicious breakfasts, hot water with great pressure in the shower, there is a kettle, refrigerator. What else does a traveler need!?
Of the disadvantages, high audibility in the rooms, inside the cafe courtyard (open until 00:00) and in rooms that overlook the courtyard, it is impossible to open the curtain on the windows:((
Convenient location
There is no porridge for breakfast (no)
In general, it is delicious
The rooms are spacious
The staff is polite, they speak Russian too
During the day, you can order national dishes in the restaurant, delicious
The prices are reasonable, and you can spend money for it
Comfortably
