In principle, a good hotel for reasonable money in an awesome place - the historical center of the city, but:
if the windows are facing the street, then a wake-up call to Georgian songs can happen at night at any time;
crossing the courtyard for breakfast and always with a guide, you won't find a scent and it's not comfortable in the rain.;
carry suitcases up 3 flights of stairs by yourself. Breakfast is so-so, you won't stay hungry.

A great hotel in the heart of the old town. Modern designer rooms, Wi-Fi is flying, super cozy beds, clean linen, awesome delicious breakfasts, hot water with great pressure in the shower, there is a kettle, refrigerator. What else does a traveler need!?
Of the disadvantages, high audibility in the rooms, inside the cafe courtyard (open until 00:00) and in rooms that overlook the courtyard, it is impossible to open the curtain on the windows:((
