I ran into an unpleasant situation after ordering marshmallow gift sets for an important date. (I know and love zefirki.bel products, but such an attitude towards customers is outrageous and unacceptable). I contacted instagram direct to place an order a week before the required date. We agreed with the manager on the delivery day, address, time, quantity (6 pieces), and I was also warned that the delivery was paid and would amount to 10 rubles, and the total amount would be known the day before the marshmallow was weighed. It followed that 6 pieces of marshmallows might not be enough, since delivery is carried out from the order amount of 35 rubles, so I was asked what could be added in case this amount is not collected. But I didn't even know how much money I had already accumulated, so I asked how many pieces I still needed to reach 35 rubles. The response was: about 4 pieces. I agreed to add this amount. Early in the morning, the day before the required date, I was sent a payment link in the amount of 51 rubles. The amount surprised me, but I didn't say anything, concluding that it included a preponderance of marshmallows and delivery. After asking if I could choose the design of the kits, I received the answer that they had already been handed over to the courier (that is, they did not even deign to coordinate my order with me). And then it turned out that the girl forgot to count 10 rubles for the delivery and the amount was already 61 rubles. I didn't get a clear answer to my questions about where this amount came from. Several times, the manager suggested that I choose the colors of the ribbons for the kits, which caused even more confusion, since my order had already been sent to the courier.
During the entire correspondence, I have never been apologized for, or offered any solutions to the issue, so I demanded a refund. As a result: a spoiled mood, a gift thwarted at the last moment, zero customer orientation, complete incompetence and misinformation of clients
