I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Olga Zhuk, an employee of the Zdravkurort company! Thanks to this kind, sensitive, polite girl, we had a great rest this summer at the Borovoye sanatorium. She is really a professional in her field! Based on our preferences, Olga helped us with the choice of a sanatorium, picked up a wonderful room, answered all questions, was always in touch with us, gave the necessary advice and recommendations before the trip.
We rested in the sanatorium for 10 days. Everything was wonderful! Wonderful and well-groomed territory, clean air, a beautiful lake, its own Borovaya well with useful mineral water! We took meals according to the buffet system-everything is delicious, there is plenty of choice of dishes.
Medical care is on top!

Yulia is a very attentive, responsive employee, based on my wishes, rooms were selected for me and my friends, detailed information was sent on how to pay bills, how to get to the sanatorium by transport (up to the schedule), a list of medical procedures included in the price of the voucher, etc. Yulenka was constantly in touch and gave detailed consultations. Check-in and treatment are ahead of us at the end of November, but already at this stage there was a pleasant feeling that the Sosnovy Bor sanatorium employs the same attentive and responsive staff, professionals in their field. We had a rest with my husband at the Sputnik sanatorium in May 2024. We were very satisfied: hospitable people, helpful staff, high-quality treatment. Delight is caused by the surrounding nature. And what kind of air is here, it's impossible to breathe! The sanatorium is located in a forest on the shore of a lake, a large, beautiful area for walking. The medical staff is on top: friendly, smiling, friendly! All procedures included in the package turned out to be timely, high-quality, without fuss. I was impressed by the organized and well-coordinated work of the staff at the mud clinic! I would like to note a large selection of additional procedures for a fee. I was pleasantly surprised by the care, attention, quality and professionalism in the selection of a trip to a sanatorium in Belarus. I turned to Zdravkurort when I realized that it was necessary to book a trip "yesterday". There were no vacant places in the sanatorium with the stated requirements. Manager Alesya helped me not only find a ticket, but also orient me by location, the currency of the Republic of Belarus and even the exchange rate. I was especially pleasantly surprised when the manager of Zdravkurort contacted me 2 days before arrival and asked if everything was in order? Upon arrival at the sanatorium, they were waiting for us, all the necessary documents were handed over to the administration.

And again we visited the Ruzhansky sanatoriums, everything is at the highest level as always. The food is varied, fresh and delicious. We were so lucky that we arrived on the holiday of independence day of the Republic of Belarus and managed to visit the entire complex of baths and swimming pools for free. It was a great concert. I had a rest at the Yunost Sanatorium on the recommendation of an employee
The price tag for a vacation is very much overstated. The sanatorium itself resembles a hotel in Pripyat near Chernobyl. During this time, they did not even bother to make the main building modern. Meals at the sanatorium... It seems to me that people were fed better in Auschwitz! If you are a herbivore, you will like it. The rest of you need to take food with you, you will not find normal food here. Of the advantages, I can only mention the SPA area, but even then you are only hindered by two hours of stay per day. If you want more, pay extra!
If you are not a pervert, for comparable money it is better to fly to Turkey or Egypt to a 4-5* hotel. The choice is yours)

At first I wanted to leave a thank you here to the managers Maria and Olga, who helped me organize my trip to Belarus for treatment in a short time, but then I decided to write a full review, maybe someone will help in choosing - to organize everything on their own and resolve all the problems that arise on their own, too, or be able to ask any questions, ask for help in unforeseen circumstances, in short, full support for the duration of the voucher!
I could not decide on a place of rest and treatment. I knew that I wanted to go to Belarus, because I read and heard only positive reviews. There was no time left to select a sanatorium from a huge list, so I turned to the Internet for help.
The first to call back from the Health Resort , manager Maria: what would you like from rest and treatment, what kind of profile of the sanatorium is needed, living conditions, all questions are clear and to the point.
And after my answers, an avalanche of information fell on me:
The difference between sanatoriums, requirements for entry into the country, requirements for treatment.
And the most important thing is the choice of a sanatorium, although not out of a hundred, but out of a dozen.
Anyway, there was no time to read reviews about each, and, as always, they are completely polar.
Then I asked Maria to name one where she, having life and professional experience, would advise me.
I received the answer, read about the sanatorium, by the way, there were not many reviews, and at my own risk I agreed.
The correspondence was significant, I asked some questions several times, I needed to find out everything, down to the smallest detail
(I found time for that!))) ) , I took out her brain decently))). But the endurance turned out to be professionally ironclad!
And all the answers from her were informative, complete and confident.
Maria, I apologize for the inconvenience, and I want to thank you for the patience and understanding with which you communicated with me throughout the entire period until I finally found myself on the train!!!)
Your experience did not let me down!!!
Super rest - sanatorium- treatment! Only positive emotions from the received procedures, staff, room, food!!! And what a nature and how carefully everything is arranged!
And if next year there is an opportunity to heal and relax, I will return there! And maybe by that time Maria will have another offer?!!!
I also want to thank Olga, who, after completing the voucher, became my curator for the trip. Also seasoned, customer-oriented)) employee!!!
These constant consultations of mine on the certificate of the results of PCR, which had to be presented at the border, took a lot of Olga's time, questions about the number, transfer, some more... And even in the last minutes of my stay at the sanatorium, I had to bother her - where or to whom to hand over the room and keys - there was not a single employee.
And always in touch, and always friendly and responsive.
