My Button was there for inpatient treatment and I often had to observe the work of professionals in their field. It doesn't matter who was brought to them, a small mouse or a huge dog. They always treated their patients with such love. They provide a lot of useful information , explain everything in detail and easily.

When I brought a very weak cat to the clinic, I thought that I would have to put it down, Juliana Nikolaevna said that she still needed to fight and took up treatment. Half an hour before closing , 7 minutes to go to the clinic , they refused , but they recorded the next day at 12 p.m.
To my great disappointment, the guinea pig died in my arms at night, and perhaps it could have been saved …
When I called the next day with a request to cancel the recording due to the fact that the animal died, there were no words of support, knowing that I called last night.I expressed my displeasure about being cold-blooded to an animal, to which there was an answer

But for some reason, no one said anything about it last night, they only mentioned the time and their dissatisfaction with the late call.
Because of the coolness and disregard, the pet is no longer with us.

It's a pity that I didn't read the reviews before taking my pet to this clinic. It was necessary to trim the rabbit's teeth. There was a window at one o'clock, we agreed that I would arrive within 20 minutes. As a result, I waited for another 25 minutes, because someone else was accepted right in front of me.
The teeth were not carefully cut by the doctor, and sharp edges remained chipped. There was a crack in the tooth, the doctor referred to a lack of vitamins, and they say that's why a crack formed, right at the base of the upper tooth. The rabbit eventually lost a tooth, it fell out. They also offered to buy vitamins, the amount was said to be 25 rubles at random. They didn't give me the check. Later I found out the cost of these vitamins -12 rubles in any vet pharmacy.

I would like to share a very disappointing experience with this veterinary clinic. Unfortunately, I had to face an extremely terrible situation.
Recently, the pet felt unwell and, of course, was very worried about his condition. Calling the clinic shortly before closing, hoping that the veterinarian would be able to provide the necessary assistance, the administrator replied, who refused to serve, citing the fact that the working time was almost over (half an hour before closing and quite rudely).
- GIRL, HAVE YOU SEEN THE TIME?
The situation was shocking that the request for help was ignored, and there was a rude response only because of the time. The pet couldn't wait until morning, and this denial of service was not only unexpected, but also extremely cruel.
Of course, it is clear that medical institutions have certain opening hours, but in such a sensitive area as veterinary medicine, we would like more flexibility and empathy in emergency situations. Because of this situation, an expensive pet died.

This is at least disrespectful to the client. I offered an appointment on 11/25/2024 at 12:00. Later, the pet died. They called to cancel the recording, mentioned that the animal had died (abscess rupture). We didn't hear any words of condolences or apologies, we only heard that there was a caesarean and they couldn't accept us, so what was the problem to explain everything at once, we would have found another clinic.
A nightmare and horror is happening behind the Reception desk! Lost a beloved pet that was the closest!!! Thanks for the negligent attitude!

There is no worse clinic! Don't take your pet to these would-be veterinarians. They came with a cat, limping on a paw. The doctor asked what we were complaining about. We talked about a possible tumor on the paw. The "doctor" did not find the tumor after 3 minutes of examination and did not even bother to look at the rest of the paw. After paying 40 rubles for a 3-minute examination, the cat came home with a "healthy paw" and continued to limp. It turned out that the nail was damaged. But we discovered this at home by our own efforts! Your prices, dear clinic, are exorbitant. At least they match your actions and their quality.

Disgusting service. I came to an appointment with a dog complaining of an incomprehensible cough, they wrote a bunch of unconfirmed diagnoses and sent me to another clinic for an X-ray, and they didn't even listen to the dog with a stethoscope. The doctor didn't even come up to the dog, sat at the computer and just left to talk on the phone for 20 minutes during the appointment. The total admission is 73.50 and there is no help. We went to another clinic, where we fully examined the dog, diagnosed it, and prescribed treatment. I don't recommend it to anyone!

I considered the clinic for surgical intervention, after visiting I doubt very much ...... I'm not a big fan of writing comments and reviews, but in this situation, I consider it my duty to tell you about the events that we had to go through. Perhaps by reading it, you will make the right choice and will not make our mistakes because the lives of your beloved pets depend on your actions.
When we turned to this vet center with our cat, we couldn't even think what it would all turn out to be. On the eve of the appeal day, on Saturday morning, we did not find one earplug, but at first we did not pay much attention to it, it had fallen somewhere. In the afternoon, the cat began to get worse, he began to feel sick after every meal or drink. On the second day (Sunday), the situation did not change and we went to this vetcenter. The cat was examined and blood tests were taken. On his prehistoric device (believe me, there was something to compare it with later)An ultrasound scan was performed without revealing any serious abnormalities, which is not surprising on this device. They gave me an injection and put me on an IV. On the third day (Monday), the cat didn't get any better, he still refused to eat or drink, and we had to do it through a syringe a little bit, because he was sick anyway. The test results came on viber, and in the afternoon we went back to the appointment. We were informed that the cat had some kind of viral infection and some blood counts were not normal, vitamins and an antibiotic were added. On the fourth day (Tuesday) He was getting worse. When we arrived once again for injections and ivs, to the next veterinarian, as they always changed, we reported that the cat's condition was deteriorating, to which we were told that it was being seen for the first time and they did not know what condition it was in before. Tell the next veterinarian again (we talked about this at every appointment) about the missing earplugs, they still gave us a referral for an X-ray, since they don't do it here. The fifth day (Wednesday) was the hardest of my entire story, and even now it's hard for me to remember it. After taking several X-rays and ultrasounds using better and more modern equipment ( at another veterinary center ) The ill-fated earplugs were found in the duodenum 10 cm from the stomach. Without hesitation, of course, we agreed to an emergency operation. The cat was given rapid tests and blood tests, as they have their own laboratory. They began to prepare him for surgery , and they put him on an IV . While he was dripping, the anesthesiologist came with the test results and then everything collapsed. Due to poor-quality examination, incorrect diagnosis and treatment, the most valuable thing was missed, and that is time. We were informed that due to intestinal obstruction, the pancreas had destroyed the kidneys and they were practically not functioning, many indicators of biochemical blood tests were overestimated by 5-10 times. The verdict is that he will not be able to undergo surgery, the reason is an incorrect diagnosis, lost time. I couldn't bear to watch him suffer anymore, and the only thing that could be done for him in this situation was to sign a paper for euthanasia. Unfortunately, our beloved cat is already on the rainbow.
I'm not campaigning for anyone or advertising other veterinary centers, but if we had gone straight to the second address (I won't name which one, no matter what they say I'm advertising), the outcome would have been completely different. It may be a little more expensive in larger centers, and my pets and I are just their job and source of income, but at least they have all the capabilities and equipment necessary to save someone's life. I'll repeat it again. Don't make our mistakes, give your beloved pet a chance, make the right choice. Unfortunately, we did not do this.

They have a doctor's call service at home, with the opportunity to do an ultrasound and take various tests!!!
My cat Lisa, she is nine years old, is a British breed, very obstinate and emotional. She doesn't let strangers near her, she reacts aggressively!!!! Before that, there was one time in the clinic when the cat was very small. After that appointment, the doctors asked not to bring her back.
On May 24, in the evening, the cat became ill, she vomited first with food, then with foam. I called various clinics at night, there was no ultrasound everywhere.
Early in the morning, a Healthy pet called the clinic and told the situation. Doctor Alexander said that first of all it is necessary to calm down and offered two solutions to the problem. The doctor comes home, looks at the cat, does an ultrasound, analyzes and makes a further decision. The second option is that the doctor arrives, takes the cat to the clinic and examines it there. I chose the second option. The kitty was taken away very skillfully. The clinic immediately cut off the claws, shaved the belly, did an ultrasound of the heart and an ultrasound of the abdominal cavity. Everything is fast and clear. An operation was needed to remove a foreign object and I was offered to do sterilization together. The operation went great, we got the strings!!!! I took my Lizonka in consciousness, having recovered from anesthesia. There is a sensitive, attentive attitude not only to the pet, but also to the owner.
