I definitely recommend this place ✨ The personnel are very welcome and the atmosphere is very beautiful and warm. The desserts are professionally made. We very much enjoyed being there for a cup of tea with tasty desserts every evening while we were in Buhara 🤍

The place is wonderful, the seating is very comfortable and cozy. The waiters are unexpectedly good! This is generally the best service for Bukhara. There are both standard European and Oriental dishes. Everything was brought quickly, everything was delicious, wonderful steaks, even if you order a medium. Delicious bread with various spreadings. Even by Moscow standards, it is a very decent institution and the price tag is adequate! I definitely advise everyone to visit!

I regret for the 1st time that there are no 0 stars, prices are 1.5 times higher than in Moscow, half of the menu was missing, the food was 2/5, the atmosphere was good, as was the waiter, and I forgot to add, we asked for tea with lemon, as everywhere else, but here it is not orange (local), but yellow, which is the meaning of Uzbek tea it is lost with lemon. We were on Friday night, there should have been a lot of people digging, but no, we were sitting and 1 more table. The worst price/quality place((

An ideal place for those who are tired of Uzbek cuisine and want to try interesting dishes, not from the pilaf/samsa/shish kebab range. Such a restaurant would be a landmark place in Russian capitals, too. But... the service is local. One dish was forgotten, the table was wiped after the request, the dessert was waited for half an hour, I had to go to the account myself. This is the very example when a wonderful kitchen and interior are leveled by the indifference of management and staff.

This restaurant in Bukhara is definitely included in the TOP of the city! We booked in advance, in the morning, to get here in the evening. They offered a nice table with a comfortable sofa, in general it was very comfortable. The waiters are polite, I must say so composed, with smiles, without irony and without fatigue in their eyes! Our waiter quickly brought starters and aperitifs (beer and pinacolada), is well versed in the menu and advised the choice of dishes, well done! The cuisine here, of course, has a local Central Asian flavor: excellent meat, salads, snacks, soups and even desserts. We took several dishes to try and were very satisfied - not a single question! Wellington is a complicated dish, but it was done just fine! Leg of lamb - meat and sauce are divine! Dessert is interesting! In general, the service is excellent, the kitchen is bravo, the interior is modern, with notes of the east, but not intrusive, there is alcohol and cocktails, the receipt is, let's say, a little above average, but you can pay for the quality and service! We had a great rest and we advise you !

Zaytoon Restaurant. Eastern European cuisine is full of various snacks. The variety of bread is simply amazing. The taste of the dishes and the view are at the highest level. One star for the interior, the other for the delicious food.
The removed stars:
1. The chefs' attitude to cooking and the speed of serving. We waited for the chicken in sweet and sour sauce and rice with beef for more than 50 minutes, despite the fact that it was just the two of us and the staff - there were no other guests. The chefs went out into the hall, chatted with colleagues, and we waited for our order to be ready.
Then it got even more interesting: the order included desserts, which we waited another 35 minutes after we ate the main course! It's not just unprofessionalism, it's disregard for the guests.
2. Waiters. One person took the order, another brought it, and a third closed the account. Someone was constantly disappearing somewhere, it was almost impossible to call. Someone was rubbing and cleaning something all the time. Well done, of course, for keeping things clean, but we came to eat, not to watch you clean the floors, and breathe your chemistry.
3. Dust. Going back to the second point and talking about cleaning, the place is still dusty. There are magazines and books with a thick layer of dust on the shelves. The cutlery is already cloudy with age. And this is a restaurant with a rating of 4.8? Funny.

A good and positive restaurant, the guys are trying, the food is delicious. There is something to work on in terms of service, for example, to serve small "greetings" from the institution while guests are waiting for the main order, or not to move cabinets and furniture in front of guests. In expensive restaurants, and they themselves said that they strive for Michelin, they don't do that))) In general, it is one of the best restaurants in Bukhara.

One of the best restaurants in Bukhara! The atmosphere of the place, the interior design, the choice and quality of food and drinks are excellent! The waiters Oleg and Doston are attentive, fast and elegant. At the end of the dinner, we were presented with a gift from the chef - a delicious dessert fondue with a scoop of ice cream. This underlines the high level of the institution and the traditional hospitality of Uzbekistan. I recommend it!

We stopped for dinner at about 19.00, there were very few people. It is very cozy inside, the staff is friendly. The prices are quite high by local standards, but it is definitely worth going. There is no traditional food here, rather the European cuisine is very tasty. It is worth trying the bread of our own production, it is very tasty. In general, a light dinner cost us 320,000 soums. I recommend. In 2022, the restaurant received an award in the best restaurant category in Bukhara.

With regard to the kitchen, the prices are highly inflated. The burger is delicious, but gloves are not served with it, the potatoes are good, but the truffle sauce has a strong flour flavor.
