A quiet, peaceful suburban area. There is a lot of greenery in the old quarters, unfortunately, there is very little in the new ones. There is a school, an outpatient clinic, the mayor's office, a kindergarten, playgrounds, several shops, including one supermarket, several private tire shops, a cultural center. People are generally friendly with few exceptions. There are 4 buses at Dawn, the first one leaves at 6:20, the last one at about half past seven. It takes about 20 minutes to get to the city center (depending on the time of day).
An excellent store, prices are not too high, the selection of products and household goods is large. Always fresh pastries. Friendly staff. Fast and high-quality service
