During the procedures, the nurses are smiling, friendly, understand and speak Russian. There are small disadvantages that must and can be eliminated, for example, during procedures where timers are needed, so that the duration of treatment is accurate and people in the queue can see how much time is left before their treatment begins. It is also necessary to install a cellular communication base near or closer to the sanatorium, because there is no connection inside the building, you have to go outside for calls.

The sanatorium is new, but does not match the description in the service plan. The Wi-Fi is not working. The antenna doesn't pick up. The staff is weak and slow to respond. Sometimes he just ignores the shortcomings and comments. Simple physical treatments that are provided free of charge in other sanatoriums must be paid for separately here. Before you arrive, you need to clarify these nuances in advance, and if you are satisfied, you can come.
