I asked to be served, which just gets a tub of nasty smirks and ridicule. I'm shocked. This is the first time I've come across this. Everyone with the same grin continues to mock that here it is, I'll prove everything and you won't do anything to me. It's a pity that your cameras are only aimed at the cash register, so please open the cameras and I hope you'll see this arrogant face. I wasn't rude!! I asked you to serve politely in the order of the queue, a very nasty unpleasant person works for you. I'll come back and write it in your complaint book. But I'm asking you to take action anyway.

I ordered online from Zara's website. The sender's address on the box is Astana. Of the three packages of eau de toilette, only one looks new. The other 2 are damaged, and the outer box of the parcel is in perfect condition. These were the so-called travel format - 2 bottles in one and 3 in another package. All the vials are without empty injections, so they have already been used. 1 package was not even bothered to seal, so as to create at least the appearance of a new one. It seems like the probes were used and then sent. It's like Atyrau will suit this village. Terrible service

We were choosing clothes for my wife, I was not allowed to help my wife choose outfits in the women's fitting room. We were kicked out of the men's room because there are women's fitting rooms for women's things. When asked to explain the policy, they simply refuse and say the standard "you can't do that"

The worst service of all. My husband and I were here on 17.10.2023 at 21:30.
We came in, I immediately promptly showed the article of the skirt that I need. They went to look for her at the warehouse and said it would take 10 minutes.
As a result, they brought us a skirt at 22:05!! (After 35 minutes). And immediately the security began to really kick us out of the store. The husband politely asked to call the store administrator, she came and also started saying that the store was actually closed and the security was doing everything right. But we've been waiting for the thing for 30 minutes! If it takes so much, why carry it at all?! And then it turned out that the ticket offices were closed.
Why should I carry things that I won't even have time to buy? Complete nonsense. Maximum disrespect on the part of the guards. It's like we've come to the bazaar.

I've been to zare s different countries, congratulations you are the worst. Service is at zero, security communicates like a construction site.
We carried the thing for half an hour, as a result they brought it at 22:02 and the guard came and said get out, then the head of the guard came out again after 2 minutes, then the administrator came and said get out, we closed the cash register. Shame, not Zara. Were 17.10.23 under closure.
