The messenger is as uninformative as possible, the answers need to be pulled out with ticks and you still get incomplete information. He talks on the phone reluctantly and rather rudely. It's the same for you personally. It is unlikely that a person does this intentionally, simply, there is no culture and understanding of marketing. If the item had not been urgently needed and the recommendation of the service station with which I was sent to them, I would never have bought anything here in my life, even after the dialogue in Viber.
