It's a beautiful place! We have been vacationing on this estate with the children for the fourth year now. I like everything. The rooms are always clean. The bathrooms are working. Each room has the necessary utensils, a microwave, an electric kettle, and a refrigerator. This is very cool. In addition, there is a shared kitchen with additional utensils. The view from the verandas is gorgeous! There is a parking space for cars. The owner of the estate, Sergey, is a very hospitable and helpful person. Responsible, and always adheres to the agreements. This is very valuable and important. It is with pleasure that I recommend this particular estate to all my friends and acquaintances. Everyone is very happy. Ideal for family holidays. Tranquility and idyll.
I really liked the house. The view from the window to the castle is beautiful. The territory is gentrified.
It's clean and cozy. The owner is in touch, met me in the evening and told me everything.
The only thing was that there was not enough shower gel/shampoo in the bathroom. I had to buy at the nearest store.
We had a rest in 2025 with a company of 13 people).
It is worth going to this estate only if it is absolutely necessary and there are no other options.

- the service is 1 out of 10 (it will be clear why below). The owner openly began to scold when he found out in 3 days that our company (17 people) 4 people will not arrive. He told us that we did not call him 1 hour before arrival, despite the fact that he was warned about the approximate arrival time 5 hours in advance.
- sometimes I did not respond to telegram messages for more than 1 day
- the owner did not comply with requests (refused to calculate the final cost of housing 1 week before arrival)
-the owner does not keep his word (instead of agreeing to take 60 rubles per person, he took 80 rubles for 2 people because of the "increased comfort" of one room).
- there was no soap in the toilet outside. When I told the owner about this, he promised to pour the soap, but he never did.
- lack of dishes (there were 8 forks for a company of 13 people, there are no cups at all, the frying pan is already tired)
- the gas stove does not work (1 electric stove instead).
-there is no toilet in 2 houses. The toilet is outside.
- the owner demanded a deposit of 20% (I don't know how legal this is, because the contract was not concluded and signed, there was no offer agreement) 2 months before our check-in. I made a deposit.
- the owner made the contract in the 1st copy and kept it (they didn't give me either the contract or the receipt).
