I changed the windshield in this organization yesterday (07/31/2024). The staff is generally polite, the prices are tolerable, the replacement work was done normally. In general, everything is quite good and even pleasant. However, such a situation came out: picking up the car after repair, when examining my glass, a barely noticeable defect was found, thin as a hair and about 3-4 cm long on the glass, reflecting with the staff what kind of marriage it was, they did not come to a consensus. Whether it's true that a piece of hair got there at the factory, or a micro scratch, or something else, that's not the point. Literally after 5-10 minutes of discussions on how to proceed, the team offered several solutions to the problem, agreed on this: I paid for the work, since there were 0 claims to it, they did fine, and they returned the money for the windshield - the entire amount!!! Once again, the defect is so minor that I consider it a big plus of this organization! The guys did well, everything was very loyal, they made contact, were interested in solving the problem and decided! In general, I consider what happened to be a plus of the company, not a minus, because I have seen different things and of the many similar situations in which I have been, this reaction is far from the worst. In short, the company is a joint, admitted, went to the meeting, also promptly, did not have to swear, call for months or worse. I can say that if I have to change the windshield again in my life, I will go to them, because I consider it a sign of good taste that even if there was a problem, people were interested in helping me solve it, which means that if God forbid something goes wrong again, then in this organization I at least they will go to a meeting!
Some kind of game. I arrived and left my car. The payment was demanded immediately and only in cash. The deadline was given until 12 days. Despite the fact that the car remains with them. When I asked about the act of completed work, they said that they did not give anything like that. In general, it's some kind of charade.
They do very well according to reviews, but my experience is not very good, I called them, they did not want to take my car to install the old one, but I think at least I will buy it, I called in the morning before leaving, agreed on the purchase, clarified the availability, said come there is glass, I came from another city, but there is no glass in the program but in fact, no, so I went home without glass. By the way, I did it in 2 hours in another place.
The glass was changed, there are no issues, the rear-view mirror on the windshield was broken, for some reason they glued a nickel from it, now they can't put another glass, but the original stands as a replacement for the glass, they broke all the fasteners of the molding on the roof! They do one thing and break another!
The rear window went cobwebbed after installation on the 3rd day, realizing that nothing would be reimbursed, I just informed them about the problem, they say either the glass is defective, or the master's hands are crooked. They said I was making it up and broke it myself🤣 Good luck with these guys)
Don't mess with this place, don't waste your time. We were fed breakfast for 2 weeks on account of the supply of glass, then it allegedly finally arrived, another 5 days of waiting for installation, I came to put it and it turned out that there was NO glass.
