Very disappointing experience at Zafferano Restaurant.
We visited at noon, a time when most people are usually hungry, but surprisingly, the restaurant was completely empty — now I understand why.
I checked the menu and saw pizzas priced at 75,000 UZS. I specifically asked the staff about the size, and he said it was 45 cm. In reality, the pizza was much smaller, around 35–40 cm.
We also ordered green tea without checking the price, assuming it would cost no more than 15,000 UZS. However, when the bill arrived, we were shocked to see they charged 30,000 UZS for a single pot of green tea — something I’ve never seen priced even at half that amount.
When I tried to speak with a manager, the staff member attending us said the manager wasn’t available and that he was on a “higher” position than a manager. He was rude, unprofessional, and clearly lacked basic hospitality and customer service skills. He made no effort to resolve our concerns.
In the end, we had no choice but to pay and leave, feeling completely disappointed and disrespected.
I do not recommend Zafferano Restaurant to anyone looking for good service, honesty, or a pleasant dining experience.
I liked the design of the restaurant. I would also like to mention the staff, all friendly and very nice. From food and drinks: everything that was ordered was insanely delicious. I've added this restaurant to my list of favorite places in Tashkent) here I ate the best kebabs, kutabs, steaks in my life, everyone should definitely try it) I'm ready to put a separate star for the playlist!

There were kebabs and salads with the company, especially delicious for serving dishes. The atmosphere is great, the music turned on what we wanted, we danced until late, we will definitely return

I want to leave an official review about visiting your institution. We have visited you several times, at different times of the day — both at lunch and in the evening. Each time we saw the same picture: the room was empty, at most one person was sitting at the next table. Nevertheless, the manager continues to claim that he has "a lot of guests" and a "full house", and even begins to demonstrate some of his earnings - to be honest, this is absolutely unnecessary. We come as clients, not as an audience for reports. We don't need to prove that you had guests — we saw everything with our own eyes.
The interior is really nice, cozy, the atmosphere is good, the food is generally delicious. But as soon as you enter, the dust immediately catches your eye at the entrance. The tables in this area have clearly not been wiped for a long time. It's unpleasant to breathe, especially if you come with children. To the question "why is it not cleaned?" The employee replies, "This is not a work area." Even if it is, it is the face of your institution. It is necessary to clean everywhere, especially where all visitors pass.
Maintenance is a separate story. The staff is polite, but there is a sense of detachment. They respond dryly, without any desire to help. Sometimes they don't even explain, they just say "no," although they could have said "wait a couple of minutes." This attitude is perceived as indifference.
I would especially like to note the behavior of the manager. Instead of listening to the remark, he starts arguing, interrupting, diverting the conversation, and ends up being rude. You don't talk to clients like that. And it is all the more strange to see such behavior in an empty hall. You say you have guests, but we, as customers, felt something completely different. It seems that you are trying to treat your guests, but you are trying to treat your clients as best you can. But customers are the foundation of your business.
We sincerely want the institution to develop, that's why we are writing this review. You have potential, but so far the approach to people leaves an unpleasant aftertaste. We hope you will listen and draw conclusions.
There are no complaints about the dishes, but the staff leaves much to be desired! We recently sat down, it turned out to be a complete rip-off, they didn't give us the change, they said they were accepting dollars, and in the end the employee took them somewhere, came, said the exchange rate was very low where he exchanged, in general, he was lying. The place is good, but the owner of the establishment should reconsider the quality of service.
The interior is beautiful, the singer Arthur is on top, sings great, but the staff is not very good, and at the end of the banquet they did not give us a check, well, in general, we will no longer come to this institution.

The service is excellent: there is no obsession and at the same time, you can get advice on dishes from the waiter at any time. The pitch is super! Prices are cheaper than in similar places, price and quality match, and the location is convenient, the only thing I would like is a little louder music in the evening. Yes, the interior is also very beautiful, you can take a lot of cool photos. Cons: in this institution you will be deceived and cheated! The prices shown in the menu do not match the prices in the receipt. A lot of what you get in the receipt is not on the menu. At the same time, the waiter will tell you one price, and the receipt will contain another, inflated price. And then the waiters and the administration will assure you that all the current prices are in their database, and they change the menu that is served to you for ordering once a year. A separate comment on the administration is rude! For clarity, photos from the menu and receipt are attached. Rich juice is on the menu, and Viko will be served to you at the price of Rich. There is no regular water on the menu, at least Nestle or Hydrolife, to navigate by cost, but you will be served Bonaqua at the price that they have in their "base". They asked for a vegetable platter, but instead they brought the usual achuchuk, which is not on the menu, and they assure you to your face that it is a vegetable platter! Well, there's no way to argue! It's all assorted. The price of eggplant Rolls on the menu is 45,000 soums per serving, and in the receipt you will be shortchanged by 60,000 soums. Alcohol is generally an incomprehensible picture in the receipt, the numbers are on top of each other.. In general, we figured out with grief that 10 bottles of 120,000 soums were ordered, although the waiter confidently informed us when ordering that the price was 100,000 soums per bubble. And of course, this "Egoist" is not on the menu, but the price is in the "database". And they will poke this "base" in your face. In general, the impression, however, as well as the end of the evening, was spoiled. Another thing is, if the administration had simply apologized, referring to the fact that they did not have time to update the menu and kindly provide a discount, as is usually done in decent establishments, perhaps an unpleasant aftertaste would not have remained, but apparently they did not learn how to work for the client in this institution. After reading the excellent reviews, my family and I came to celebrate my birthday in a narrow family circle (4 people). We waited for the main course for more than 1.5 hours!!! Even the salads were brought for longer than an hour, each with a difference of 15 minutes - ordinary vegetable ones. Let's eat 1 salad)) They bring another one..We are waiting for salads..they bring 1 dish each. One eats - 3 people are sitting..both laughter and sin. We had dinner with grief, asked for the bill- tadam (drum.fraction)) They bring fish cuts! I didn't want to make a scene - they took it with them. The food tastes normal, there are no special complaints, but there is also a special delight. But I didn't like the service at all, I warned that I would write an honest review. We were on Monday, except for my family, another table was set in the hall for people 10-12.. there was no one else. Prices are average in Tashkent.
We had a good time with my husband on Sunday evening. I tried Julienne — it's just awesome. A very large portion, the girl will definitely have enough to eat. My husband finished off))))

The tables and chairs are new, but shaky, it is difficult to sit, the table is wobbly, the chairs are trying to sit on the splits. The steak is so-so, for 3. The interior is excellent, prices including tables, steak and salads are very expensive.
It takes an awfully long time to serve!! The food is delicious, but why is it taking so long??? I asked for a check for myself, they knocked it out for the whole company and did not try to fix the situation! Tighten up the service and everything will be fine!!
it's not an understandable institution, not a resto bar, not a restaurant, not a pub. a disco ball is not appropriate at all, but I'm generally silent about the speakers in the hall.
