A good company, I can only judge from my own experience. I applied once, the car was damaged, Klimenty Yuryevich Mironov serviced me, accepted all the documents, told me the whole sequence of actions, advised a decent car repair shop (then I looked at the reviews of painting work they do best in Gomel). Only positive impressions from this organization and service.

This is not even a company, but outright ignorance and rudeness. Absolutely inadequate employees who do not know their profession at all, and even openly rude for no reason.
1 case: I called the medical insurance support service because their website was hanging up - the girl called me a SCOUNDREL for no reason and did not give me a consultation (the conversation is recorded if anyone doubts).
Case 2: On August 28, 2024, I was hit by another car in Orsha. I have completed all the documents about the accident in Belneftestrakh and it remains only to make a request to the traffic police. On October 14, I call the traffic police - no one gave them a request and no one from the company called me back, and 48 days have passed. Everything is documented and the conclusion is the same - NOT SERIOUS

The car was damaged in an accident, the headlight, bumper and fender were damaged.The insurance company counted repairs for 230 rubles, although in fact there are 600 rubles and this is with non-original spare parts!The staff diligently proved that there were already defects on the wing, but I ask you to pay me for what was damaged as a result of the accident, which is pulling the wing, bumper and painting, as well as polishing and replacing the headlight glass!!!
There are no words, the insurance company is upset
