The price list shows the duration of a wellness massage of 90 minutes. In fact, the masters did the massage for 65 minutes and just left the office, arguing that after the massage you need to lie down for 5-10 minutes.
When we informed them at the time of payment that there was no real 90 minutes, the master was called and she replied that they were doing massage for only one hour, and the time that people were lying down was counted because they occupied the office. The question was asked: "Why don't they write this in detail in the price list?"
The administrator of this spa salon needs to learn how to behave decently with clients.
Instead of a basic apology, she replied in a condescending tone: "Don't pay, since you missed some minutes. May it be for your good,"
she removed the terminal and did not allow us to pay, continuing to verbally humiliate us.
After the bath, without even drying our hair, we threw them the cash and left. After spending time at the spa, I wanted to wash up again and get rid of her humiliations. If I wanted to resolve the issue, I would just apologize without further ado.
And such an attitude is unacceptable for any service sector, not to mention the spa.
If you want prosperity, change the condescending tone or the administrator.
It feels terrible. I don't advise anyone to come here.
