Nice hotel, very clean and tidy. The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, there is a kettle. Breakfast is a simple soup and toast. But there's always coffee from the coffee machine and cookies! Near the laundry, cafe, 7-11.

Lovely hotel, good service. The staff is polite, always smiling, like everyone else in Pattaya... Water in the room is included in the price. The only thing worth leaving food in the trash for the day was a bunch of little ants. Therefore, it is better to have the trash cleaned every day, the trash can can be put in the hallway and everything will be changed. Although it is not indicated on the website, you can have breakfast for free. At the entrance there is a coffee machine, cookies, yoghurts, bread with a toaster, porridge. And after lunch there are cookies and coffee. They close it all in the evening. It's not a long walk to the water, if there are courtyards, then there is protection from the sun along the way. The hotel can also rent a bike. I can't tell you the price, I didn't take it. In general, I recommend this budget hotel.

We stayed at the Z by Zing Hotel twice. This year (2025) was in February. As a pleasant bonus, breakfast was added, and after two hours you could drink tea with cookies or juices. Book a room with a deluxe balcony only, otherwise there is nowhere to dry things. It's very humid on the fifth floor, so there's nothing to breathe in the room, even with a fan or air conditioning. The rest of the floors are better.
Very nice and helpful staff, it always smells clean and delicious after cleaning)) We had a Thai Tre cleaned, we recommend it, very high-quality service. There is also a great market near the hotel, we ate there in the evening, called the Lighthouse. There is plenty of food, we have been traveling to Tai for 4 years in a row, during this time the price of food and transport has not changed, which is encouraging.
The beach opposite the hotel is very wide, there are no trees to hide in the shade, the sand sticks to your feet and then it is impossible to clean it. I recommend going to another beach somewhere to the right, where it will be narrower and with different sand. We went to the beach near the melnitsa night market and the copacobana condominium. If you exclude the noise from road repairs, there is a good place to relax and swim there))
The best months to stay in Thailand are December and January. In November, humidity is high enough and it rains periodically, which makes it stuffy. February is a good month to relax, but you need to take into account the important point that there are strong tides in the evenings and there is no opportunity to swim, rather just stand in the water, but even here you should be careful, as you can step on sharp stones. Have a good rest in Tai and eat a lot of food and fruits from the belly)))

A great small hotel, close to the sea in a quiet alley, everything inside is as in the photo, a great option for a budget holiday. There is an elevator, the doors to the rooms are flimsy, but this one does not interfere with sleeping, the hotel is quiet. The air conditioning works very well in the lobby. As always, the staff is friendly.

The hotel is good. But a difficulty immediately arose. The taxi took us to the wrong place. Because there are several hotels in Pattaya with the same or similar name. If you are traveling from Bangkok airport, then take a tuk tuk for 10 Baht. He will drive to the hotel.
The hotel itself is small. But clean, neat. There are pleasant staff at the reception who will always help, prompt, and communicate with them through an interpreter. There is no food in the hotel. The beds seemed solid at first, but sleeping on them is cool and comfortable. The air conditioner worked properly for all 20 nights. The minus is that it blew right at us. The shower is good. The windows don't open. But it's not necessary. It's hot outside, plus mosquitoes and stuff.
There is a minus. These are several large cockroaches that crawled along the corridor on the 4th floor and on the 1st floor near the reception. The administration quickly removed them. But the unpleasant impression remained.
Overall, the hotel is cool. The location is super. There is a beach nearby, but no one swims on it, because the water is dirty. Nearby there is a tuk tuk, shops, cafes. What you need for a rest. I recommend. And the price is good.
