And I was very excited..
The staff is very kind,
The places that I visited with them very beautiful,
Also I cathched some information about the history of this journey,
The staff were very kind"The driver Norig and the guide"Karen" was kind
My visit to Grani Temple and Geghard Monastery was truly enriched by the exceptional guidance of Anahit, our tour guide. Her profound knowledge and captivating storytelling brought the history of these historical sites to life, making the trip both informative and memorable. Anahit's passion for the subject and friendly demeanor added an extra layer of enjoyment to the experience. Highly recommend this tour for those seeking a deeper understanding of Armenia's rich cultural heritage.
We took the tour of Khor Virap-Garni Temple and it was amazing. Our tour guide, Kieran, was very professional and knowledgeable, and our bus driver, Nyok, was just perfect.
Totally recommend Hyur, we had so much fun.
2023.06.22. Tatev excursion.
Beautiful views. Stunning waterfall and magnificent views from the cable car. Thanks to our guide Tigran for the interesting tour.
Things we did not like:
- The wine in the winery wasn't tasty for us.
- Long trip
- Poor road conditions
In general:
Wine: 3/5.
Waterfalls: 5/5.
Tatev: 5/5.
Yesterday I had another excellent tour wuth Tatev to Tatev ;)
Very well organized tour and bravo for our tour guide who made it in 2 languages in excellent way!
I went on an excursion "Garni, Geghard, Symphony of stones". I really liked the tour itself, and the animation, and of course the guide Susanna and the driver Khachik! Everything was clear, on time, the tour was in Russian. A comfortable Mercedes miro-bus. Suzanne talked fascinatingly about Armenia in general and about the locations on the route. At the end of the tour, we stopped at a wonderful place for a master class on making lavash, tasted hot lavash directly from the tandoor. But Garni and Geghard, the Symphony of Stones Gorge are a must-visit, even if you come to Armenia for a short time. The whole tour is about 6 hours, it's exhausting, and in my opinion, there was quite enough time for each location. The most pleasant impressions!
We rested in Yerevan with a friend for 4 days at the end of October. It's amazing that the city has a tour operator "Yur Service", you can visit many interesting places in the vicinity of Armenia at once. We took two tours and went 2 days in a row. You are not tired at all, by 6-7 pm you will be returned to the office of the tour operator, and there is still time to take a quiet walk around Yerevan and have dinner. Tours were taken remotely online from Moscow. The payment did not take place on the Russian card, and we were contacted by Whatsapp by phone number, offered to make a transfer to a private person who has a mir card in Armenia. It is very convenient, this is not a hoax, we were immediately sent a confirmation of the tour. We ordered a free transfer from the hotel, although in fact the location is convenient, you can walk. Round 1: Tsakhkadzor (Kecharis, Cable car), Lake. Sevan (Sevanavank), barbecue from Sevan trout; Round 2: Khor Virap Monastery, Bird Cave, In Areni Winery, Noravank Monastery. In the 1st round, we had a guide, Eduard, who leads the tour very concisely, without excessive overload of information, I really liked it. We wanted to take a picture, but did not have time to catch him =) Marina led the 2nd tour, tells a lot more, it is immediately clear that the guide has experience, knows a lot, told a lot of interesting things. The driver of our bus was Spartacus both days! Overcomes the most powerful serpentines! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 Thank you very much! We really liked it. If we come again, we will definitely take tours again and we will advise you all!
We took an excursion to Gyumri. Great) visited the museum of everyday life (guide Arshak), walked around the territory of the Black Fortress. Then there was lunch) at the beginning of the trip, we chose lunch from the menu (The fish was amazing! In general, a common table was set in advance for our group. There were 3 types of salad, cheese, two types of pita bread, coffee/tea, lemonade, bun, potatoes, a plate with herbs. Delicious!). Then an hour-long guided walk around the city. And the last point was a visit to the Arichavank monastery. The place is atmospheric. Our guide's name was Marina. Just a storehouse of information) very interesting. We learned so much about this wonderful country thanks to Marina! Thank you for the beautifully organized tour. There is something to compare it with. You are the best!
We recently visited several excursions. One tour was an individual one to Khor Virap monastery, the guide Anahit and the driver Hamik are wonderful people and professionals in their field!!! Thank you so much for the wonderful tour!!! The second tour was a group tour to Sevan Island, Dilijan and monasteries, everything was very well organized, thanks a lot to the guide Karen and the driver Levon!!!
Today we visited the Garni Temple, the Symphony of Stones, the Geghard Monastery, a master class on baking lavash. Thanks a lot to the Arpi guide for a very informative and exciting tour. Everything was at the highest level and very interesting. Special thanks to the driver Hakob for professional and comfortable driving. We were satisfied with the time spent at Hyur service. Recommend👍
On the recommendation, I bought a tour in the Yur service. We went along the route of Khor Virap Monastery, Noravank and Tatev.I want to thank the wonderful guide Marina.A wonderful man.She told me a lot of interesting things.Only with such an experienced guide can you really plunge into the atmosphere around.Special thanks to the driver Levon for the safety on the roads.A neat driver, he has a lot of humor and energy.
Gyumri in March is just great! We had a great time! The guide was incredibly friendly and enthusiastic, he shared such interesting stories that time flew by unnoticed.
Simply amazing places have been planned! Every corner was full of beauty and history
The organization was top notch: everything went smoothly.
Groups are recruited very quickly, book in advance! The atmosphere in the group was very warm and friendly. All in all, it was an unforgettable experience. I highly recommend the travel agent! Thank you so much for such a cool experience!
On 11.10.2024, we visited a wonderful excursion to the Monastery of Khor Virap, the winery In Areni, the Cave of Birds and Noravank. I liked the large comfortable bus, the presence of Wi-Fi, treats and water for tourists, the wonderful guide Marina, who led the English-Russian tour and the driver Spartak, who skillfully drove a large bus along the mountain serpentine. We will definitely return to Armenia and go on another tour with Yur Service 💓
We went along the route of Akhpat, Zarni-Guys, Akhtala Fortress, Sanahin. The tour is at the highest level. The driver Garik and the tour guide Karen are just wonderful. We really liked everything! We talked in great detail and interestingly about all the sights.
The lunch was super tasty and satisfying. The buses are comfortable and clean, they give out water and mini treats.
We were satisfied, we recommend it!💯
We used the services of this agency in March 2025, took two excursions: Lake Sevan, Sevanavank, Dilijan, Goshavank, Haghartsin Monastery (03/11/2925) and Khor Virap, Azat reservoir, Narni Temple, lavash baking workshop, Geghard (03/12/2025). I liked the organization of the tour, professional drivers (Araik and Spartak) and guides (Marina and Eduard). Clean buses, water, gat pastries, good Wi-Fi on the bus are provided. The only thing I would like to ask is to slightly increase the arrival time at Lake Sevan in Khor Virap.
Good afternoon to all vacationers. I enjoyed the trip. The guide (Marina) tells an interesting story. Gyumri is generally an ordinary, not rich town, but it's worth a walk in the center (it resembles old merchant streets with modern shops). It's definitely worth going to the church and the museum. I especially liked the monastery in the settlement where tuff is mined - an interesting place (beautiful view, clean air, water).
My friend and I were on a tour of the Garni Temple.A symphony of stones.Gekhard Monastery.Guide Garnik and driver Khachik were as kind and patient as possible to us.A very interesting, fascinating tour, sunny, filled with pleasant impressions.I really liked the pita bread, fresh, hot, and crispy. The tour was fun and dynamic, and we were given gifts in honor of March 8th, which turned out to be incredibly touching.Be sure to travel to Armenia, it is incredible!!!
This was our first trip to Armenia. It's great that we planned the trip using the Hyur service website. Great selection, good description. David conducted all our excursions. A man of extensive knowledge, gentle humor, and a great storyteller! Special thanks to our drivers - Levon, Mark, Khachik. While traveling to Lake Sevan, we got into a heavy snowfall. Levon's skill and calmness helped us get through this trouble. A country is about people. Good people are a good country! Thank you David! We will definitely come back to continue our acquaintance with Armenia!!!!
I have ordered excursions from Yur Service in Armenia many times: Garni Temple, Geghard Monastery, Lake Sevan and Sevanavank, Etchmiadzin, Gyumri, Tatev — 8 times in total. The guides are always pleasant and erudite, fluent in Russian. Most of them are ready to tell much more about their beloved Armenia than the tour provides.
I would like to note the drivers separately: they drive very carefully, without exceeding and dangerous overtaking.
I also like the integrated approach to organizing excursions. Most often, one day tour includes visits to temples and /or museums, as well as some entertainment formats. And definitely a delicious lunch.
You can definitely entrust your acquaintance with Armenia to Yur Service!
Yesterday we went on an excursion, saw Khor Virap, Noravank, visited a winery with a tasting, a master class on cooking tolma and a delicious lunch.
I thank our guide Armine (I seem to remember the name correctly) and the driver of Spartak. Everything is well organized, timing is respected, there was water and rolls on the bus. Well, the prices for tours are very adequate. Thanks!
We went along the route Amberd Fortress-Mount Aragats-oz. Kari - dried fruit production -Sagmosavank - Alphabet Alley.
Most of all, I wanted to visit Lake Kari, and it's really beautiful and cool there, the water doesn't feel very cold, but unfortunately the parking lot is very small - 20 minutes, you can't even wet your feet. Almost everything we've seen is beautiful. Lunch was served at the dried fruit factory, I liked the lunch. It's not very interesting at the factory itself, because in fact there are only trays with drying fruits.
In our car, the tour was only in Russian, the English-language tour was in another car. It would be nice if, in the time that has been formed, the guide Susanna would expand her story. As it was, everything went well, the ride in the car was comfortable, there was always cold drinking water.
A sightseeing tour of Yerevan has just ended, I hasten to share my fresh impressions of a wonderful day. Wonderful guide Manya talked about her country with great love, showed the most iconic places in Yerevan, recommended proven places for lunch. I really enjoyed visiting the fortress with a thousand-year history. Do not miss this tour from Yourservice, it is not very often held
We went on excursions to the monasteries of Khor Virap and Noravank with the guide Karen, I really liked his accompaniment, I paid equal attention to both the Russian-speaking group and the English-speaking one. Pleasant presentation of the material, appropriate humor. And we were especially impressed by his singing of the psalm! Many thanks to Karen and driver Joseph for the virtuoso passage of the serpentine.
We are booking our third tour here! A very good company: a comfortable transfer with all services (water, treats, an umbrella were even provided), an excellent guide who tells very interesting stories and answers questions of interest (even manages to tell information in two languages all the time), and the excursions are very well distributed. You have time to admire, take pictures and listen to the stories of this place.
I recommend this company!!!
Today I visited an excursion from this company, the guide was Manya volitel Khachik, everything was excellent, incredibly interesting, delicious and atmospheric, a separate thank you for lunch and wine tasting! I will definitely go on your other excursions ❤❤❤❤❤
We visited Armenia for the New Year holidays for the first time. Following the recommendation of the airport bus driver and tourist reviews on Yandex, we decided to use the services of the Yur Service travel company, and we did not lose out. There were excursions to the Garni Temple and Geghard Monastery, Khor Virap and Noravank. Comfortable buses, water, treats, well-organized tours, professional work of guides, especially liked Manya, she talks very interestingly, is friendly, answers all questions. Although it was winter, the landscapes of Armenia are simply fascinating and magnificent, the mountains are simply a delight! Good weather and stunning views of Mount Ararat from the closest point. I really liked the approach to organizing the tour, they pick you up from the hotel on a transfer, the one-day tour includes visits to temples, monasteries, as well as master classes in making lavash and tolma. And the obligatory delicious lunch. It takes from 6 to 8 hours in time, which is not burdensome. I would also like to mention the work of the Spartak driver, for the accuracy of driving. Many thanks to the company for a great time.
It turned out to be a very interesting trip from Yur Service on 10/21/2024 to the tour "Akhpat, Zarni caves-Guys, Akhtala fortress, Aramyants Castle, Sanahin" with a charming guide Vardui, driver Khachik.
It was the most informative of the tours I went on in Armenia. The guide told us a lot and in detail. In addition, Vardui treated our group with great care – she was interested in how the mood was, whether we were comfortable. To be honest, it was nice.
Thanks to the driver Khachik for comfortable driving on winding mountain roads, without sudden braking. I didn't even get seasick))
We spent the whole day on this trip, and the weather changed throughout the day, the Akhtala fortress was watched in the rain, but it did not spoil my day at all.
The views are very beautiful, I admired the mountains and forests all the way. Most of all, I liked the monastery of Haghpat (in the photo, the bell tower and surroundings in Haghpat). They gave us enough time, but I would have stayed there longer if I had the opportunity.
Thanks to the Yur Service company for a thoughtful program: route and time for sightseeing, stops, lunch. Thanks to this, the trip turns out to be quite intense, but tireless.
Special thanks to the driver Garik (who took us on a tour of the beautiful Aragatsotn region) for the advice to go north to Lori and see the nature of those places, the Sanahin and Haghpat monasteries. I did not consider long tours for more than 10 hours, I planned to go to Sevan for the second time. I am very glad that I followed the advice and discovered the most beautiful region of Lori. Yes, it's a long way, but the trip itself through such picturesque places gives vivid impressions.
Today, on January 3, 25, we went on an excursion (Khor Virap, Azat Reservoir, Garni, a Master class on baking lavash and festive dessert, Geghard), got a lot of impressions and learned a lot about Armenia, about the monasteries, about the Armenian mentality. We watched a master class on making lavash and sweet sujuk, it was very interesting and delicious.
Many thanks to our guide Manya, she told and showed everything in a very interesting, accessible and boring way.
Many thanks to our driver Spartak for his professionalism and safe trip.
Thank you very much again
A wonderful company for booking excursions and tours! Quick registration, friendly operators, they will tell you everything about the tour, show you, prompt you. We booked a visit to Sevan Stagecoach, for 2500 rubles from the nose we received: a huge comfortable bus round-trip transfer, 10 hours of high with an experienced guide, a free bun + a bottle of water, a visit to 3 beautiful monasteries. plus, there was a cooperative lunch on the way, it costs less than 1000 rubles, so I consider such a set of services more than profitable and convenient. there are excursions to many places, I highly recommend it
Excellent excursions, attentive staff. Professional drivers. The guides are literate, speak 2-3 languages. I really liked David, a former schoolteacher with a deep knowledge of Armenian history. I am very pleased with the selected
excursions to Lari and Jermuk. I recommend it to everyone.
On February 18, 2025, we went on an individual tour of Yerevan and the spiritual center of Armenia, the city of Etchmiadzin. Firstly, we were pleasantly surprised by the speed of the tour organization, the very clear website and the simplicity of the design. Anya's guide has a good command of historical material, is easy to communicate with, and responds to requests with pleasure. Special thanks to the driver Arthur!
We went on excursions to the Shaki Waterfall, the cable car, the Tatev Monastery and the In Areni wine factory.
One of the advantages is the excellent driver Nurik, we drove very carefully all the way, the guide Marina is good, no incidents, collection on time, water is provided, gat, monastic apples.
Among the disadvantages, the tour began with a winery, where the representative, when she tried to tell something, could not be heard, because you were standing near the equipment that was working. They are immediately asked to move away from the grapes lying a meter away from the group of 30 people. There were 3 types of dry wine at the tasting, 30-40 ml each, at the bottom of the glass. The wine itself (not subjectively, the group responded about the same way) is not very good.
We need to review the daily routine, because there were only 30 minutes at the very beautiful Shaki waterfall, of which the way to the waterfall was at a walking pace of 7 minutes - until we reached it, a couple of photos, and we already had to run back, which was very frustrating. It seemed that there were few stories everywhere except the monastery - we drove most of the way without information. The climate on the bus is incomprehensible - someone is very hot, a man in a jacket is freezing next to him, it was not possible to adjust the air conditioning.
I am very grateful to Hyur Service for such cool tours. I went on 4(!) tours with them and never regretted it. I saw a huge number of sights: from Sevan and Garatsin to Garni and Gegherd. There are many beautiful monasteries: Noravank, Hovhannavank, Haghartsin… Everyone is beautiful. And there were very tasty dinners on each tour!
Special thanks to the team of guides and professional drivers: Marina, Karen, Manya, Joseph and Araik.
Thank you very much, Hyur Service, for showing Armenia!
I really liked the tour "Akhpat, Akhtala fortress, Zarni-Guys caves, Aramyants Castle").
The driver Khachik is a real professional - he safely organized movement in the dark and along the serpentines.
Vardui's guide is a nice girl, she talked very interestingly throughout the entire route. We learned a lot not only about the sights, but also about the history of Armenia, Armenian traditions, local legends.
We recommend you to visit this route!
We went on an excursion to Etchmiadzin, Zvartnots on December 15, 2024. I really enjoyed the tour. It was comfortable to drive, we were treated to water and gata. The guide is very competent, she told a lot of very interesting things. I was delighted with the service at the Cathedral. We are going on more excursions with this tour company.
Excellent tour service! Nice girls in the office, consulted, helped to choose an excursion.
The guide David is super! An interesting storyteller, and poems, and songs, and praised everyone :)
Thank you very much!
"Traveling in Armenia with my favorite Yur Service company was a real pleasure. Saghmosavank, Hovhannavank, Etchmiadzin and Zvartnots are places where history, beauty and tranquility merge together.
The amazing views, the grandeur of the temples and the special atmosphere filled the soul with warmth. And the wine tasting added vivid impressions to this day. It was unforgettable and very beautiful."
A very good organization. Buses, minibuses. Several options for one-day excursions. There are individual, there are group, there is just a driver with a car.
Snack, water. If there is a long tour, lunch is provided.
Quite a lot of friends have already used it and recommended it.
The third tour with the guys is coming to an end. Today there was Sevan, Dilijan, Goshavan and Agatsin monasteries.
It is definitely worth going to it. A beautiful lake, and a completely different Armenia. Mountains, picturesque monasteries.
We were with Eduard, he tells everything very clearly and well, a bilingual tour. Thanks a lot to him!
And of course thanks to the driver with the wonderful name Spartak.
There was a hearty set lunch, you can also buy wine. You can eat separately in the same restaurant.
