Dear Leila and Vakhtang, there is a lot of light, warmth and kindness in your hearts! Thank you very much for the warm welcome and hospitality! My mother and I felt at home within your walls! Cordiality and cordiality were a reward for us in your home! It's so nice to have wonderful people like you around! Warmth of communication, cordial welcome, delicious dishes, help in choosing excursions — what else can you wish for away from home! From the bottom of my heart I would like to say the most sincere words of gratitude to you for being able to create a warm, cozy aura! We rested all September 2024
This year we went to Abkhazia again, but chose a new place of residence. We really liked it.It's cozy, clean, beautiful and the atmosphere is homely. The sea is very clean and transparent... The nature is simply unforgettable. Many THANKS to the hosts for their hospitality, kindness and cordiality. The kitchen and rooms are in perfect order and cleanliness. The excursions are all very exciting and exciting.Everything is very cool. I want to come back again and again!!!
We were a family in June! Many thanks to the hosts!!! Everyone is happy, both adults and children. The location is great! In the mornings and evenings, you can hear the birds singing, but at the same time everything is within walking distance. And shops, and cafes, and the Botanical Garden, and the Embankment. We organized a boat trip and a transfer. In general, they will help with everything and in choosing excursions and transfers. And they will feed you very tasty for a nominal fee.
We had a family vacation in July, many thanks to the hostess for the hospitality, the sea is nearby, the nature is gorgeous, the room is excellent, communication in the evenings is like at home, we plan to come again next year
A gorgeous quiet place to relax from the hustle and bustle of the city, beautiful views around. Friendly hospitable hosts. I recommend it, I will spend 3 holidays in this guest house Yugra, I recommend it
A nice and cozy place, very pleasant and helpful hosts! The rooms are equipped with everything you need (TV, refrigerator, air conditioning, bathroom), there is a laundry room and a board/iron. It is also impossible not to mention the culinary talents of Leila (the hostess), everything is always very tasty, freshly prepared! 😋👍
It takes 10-15 minutes on foot to the sea, but the beach is very crowded, we took a taxi (7-10 min) to Mocha beach.
Calm and beautiful places are all connected by some kind of legends, everywhere there are wines, cheeses, and captions. The beaches of the sea are great. And excursions.
The best guest house in Sukhum! Very hospitable Leila and Vakhtang! The room has everything for a comfortable stay! Very clean and cozy, the Hostess bakes very tasty khachapuri! I recommend it!
Not far from the beach. It takes about 15 minutes to walk. The place is quite quiet. The rooms are unpolished from each other, three floors. 5. our own kitchen, or rather, we had breakfast and dinner prepared for a fee. You can also eat in another place, if desired
One of the disadvantages for me personally is the lack of ventilation in the shower, the bathroom unit goes directly into the room. Noisy air conditioner. The humidity of the air deposits its fingerprints on impressions, but these are questions about the climate, that the laundry does not dry (
I was glad that you can immediately buy different drinks or snacks, you don't need to go anywhere. People are very friendly. The hostess helped with the selection of the excursion and the organization of the transfer directly to Sochi airport. Many have been coming for several years in a row
We rested at the hotel for 12 days, August 2022, went with our 17-year-old daughter. A simple 2-bed room, without frills, but with everything you need: your own bathroom, shower, air conditioning, refrigerator, wardrobe, 2 bedside tables, TV, cold and hot water is always available. The bed is double, but it was not fundamentally separate for us. One towel per person is issued, not small, but not bath towels either.
It can be washed (automatic washing machine, one load of 100 rubles), there is an iron and an ironing board.
There is a kitchen on the territory of the hotel, but specifically the kitchen itself (stove, large refrigerators) is the patrimony of the hostess, dishes in a large assortment are available to vacationers, a sink for washing it, a large microwave, a kettle. We had enough for breakfast, otherwise we ate outside the hotel. If you want, breakfasts and dinners are provided - simple but delicious, homemade: pancakes, rice porridge, hot sandwiches, fried/boiled eggs. I don't know much about the assortment of dinners, but there were definitely cutlets with pasta, I know that they cooked pilaf, khinkali, always a salad of vegetables. Everyone who ate at the hotel was delicious to everyone)). It is very convenient that you can immediately buy ice cream, water, soda, beer, small snacks, right at the hotel, at the same prices as in stores, as well as delicious homemade wine, chacha, honey, jam, compotes from local products (the hostess does everything herself), everyone who took it is very praised and bought constantly)))
A little after learning the city, I can say for sure that the location of the hotel is excellent: the nearest beach (sanatorium MVO, air defense) is 7-10 minutes walk, the next beach (boarding house Aitar) is 20 minutes, we ourselves eventually went to Chaika beach, it's 30 minutes on foot, and a little further, 5 minutes more, to the popular Mocha beach, with a sandy shore and a classic beach party. Where we went is exclusively our choice, I liked it the most - there are not many people, good sun beds with umbrellas, and a delicious cafe on the beach))), and you can swim anywhere, the sea is good everywhere. We walked, but you can easily get there by minibus, the bus stop is also nearby.
On the way to the beaches, there is a new dining room (10 minutes) with adequate prices, where we mostly ate, a lot of grocery and hardware stores, two pharmacies, a bank, mini markets and a bunch of small retail outlets.
In the other direction from the hotel there is an exit to the embankment, just 10 minutes before its start. There is also a bus stop nearby, from where you can go to the city market, to the train station, to the Botanical Garden, to the Philharmonic Hall, in general, go to the city.
We must pay tribute to the hosts - all the information that I found about UGRA on the Internet corresponds to reality, what is written is what you get, when booking, the hostess actively answers all questions (Whatsapp). The owners (husband and wife) are responsive, polite people, answer all questions, prompt, recommend, call a taxi if necessary, while being completely unobtrusive. By the way, you can also book excursions from them - the price is standard, as everywhere in the city.
I recommend the hotel and give it 5 stars, but I will warn you that the household service is "lame": in 12 days we have never changed towels and bed, there was also no cleaning, toilet paper and a garbage bag were issued upon check-in, then we bought ourselves.
1. Breakfast and dinner can be ordered from the hostess
2. 15 minutes walking distance to the sea
3. A quiet place
4. The room has a shower room, toilet. TV, air conditioning, and a towel for each guest
5. Through them you can book excursions to Abkhazia and transfer directly to the airport
We ordered their rooms through guuppu in contact, but be careful, there are ***
Real and bad reviews are cleaned up.
In fact: an old house with old furniture, creaking closet doors and beds. Do not be surprised when you find a crowd of ants in your "room" - they do not surprise the hostess and she sincerely wonders why she does not want to share living space with them. There is one kettle for 12 rooms, the microwave is also lonely-this is actually all of the kitchen utensils, but there is a mini-refrigerator in each room. TV is normal, 3 channels, watch the news cleanly.
There are cobwebs in the rooms, the shower stall is wobbly and pallets would be much better and more convenient. There are no places for evenings on the balconies. There are 3 tables under umbrellas on the common area, they only smoke there, but someone can eat nearby, because there is nowhere in the room or on the balcony.
For the first time I came across the fact that it turns out that you need to ask the owners everything yourself, usually when you check in, at least they take a mini-tour of the house, but then they got the money and goodbye
